This apartment is situated in the Villamar complex beside Jardin Tropical Hotel & Iberostar Bouganville Playa in San Eugenio / Playa De Las Americas located on the promenade by the sea with a short walk to the beach, good quality restaurants and bars with entertainment close by. The Puerto Colon Marina, casino and Mercadona supermarket within walking distance. Aqua land, Siam park and Siam Mall near by. The Apt comprises of a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, living room has large wall mounted television (various selections of English and International channels) patio doors to the balcony with outside table and chairs, views to the pool, sea and Las Americas. Apt has a locked safe. And WiFi. The balcony area seats four with views of the sea and pool with an awning to shade from the sun. The complex has lifts for easy access, swimming pool and kids pool with sun bathing area with views to the sea.

Clean , peaceful and a marvellous sea view

My husband and I had a lovely time relaxing in such peaceful surroundings. This complex is beautiful and offers plenty of local restaurants, shops and other facilities. We would not hesitate to return given the opportunity.

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, in a great location. We have had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend. The host Jo was great she sent us a lovely welcome pack before we arrived to talk us through the check in process, the facilities at the apartment and the surrounding area. Very thoughtful. This complex is in a great location, with a quiet pool, amazing views of the sea and access to the sea front promenade. The apartment has been clearly renovated recently to a high standard. It has everything you would need.

Fantastic apt close to lovely beaches/ restaurants… host really lovely.. all you need in one place. View from apt spot on. pool nice but people queue to get sun beds and they have mostly all gone by 9am .. wasn’t a problem for us as we prefer the beach.. might get on some people’s nerves. There is a number in the apt info for a guy to do airport transfer and he’s much cheaper… you’ll have to ask the host for his number as I’m not sure I should post it on here…all in all we have had the most amazing holiday Thankyou Jo we will be booking again !!!!!

Tolle Unterkunft

Frau Conny hat uns Empfangen und in die Wohnung "eingeführt". Angenehm einen Ansprechpartner Vorort zu haben. Die Wohnung in klein aber fein. Die Terrasse ist die Verlängerung zum Wohnzimmer. Leider gab es keine Kaffeemaschine. Lösung: Ich habe eine italienische Espresso-Maschine im Kuh-Look gekauft. Ich besorgte noch einen Wasserkrug und ein paar Deckel für Töpfe. Für jeden kann eine Küche nicht perfekt ausgestattet sein. Das Bad ist sehr schön mit Geschmack. Die Lage ist toll. Mercadona in der Nähe, im Apartment gibt es ein Einkaufswagerl. Promenade zum Spazieren und Sport. Sonnenuntergang ein Genuss auf der Terrasse. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Het appartement is zeer modern ingericht en zeer goed gelegen.

Het appartement is fijn en zeer knus ingericht. Het is ideaal gelegen, dicht bij de winkels en bij de zee. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement wat je nodig hebt tijdens een vakantie. De communicatie met Jo verlies zeer vlot. Sleutels bij aankomst werden vlot geleverd. Dit is een appartement waar ik zeker opnieuw naar toe wil.

Villamar Studio is perfect for a stay in San Eugenio. The studio is comfortable and well appointed in a well maintained complex in a perfect location. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Plenty of supermarkets around too. Jo is a great owner. Had a couple of minor issues (not any fault of the owner) but she responded to messages and emails immediately and everything was sorted. We thoroughly recommend this studio and hope to visit again ourselves.

Just back from a wonderful two weeks in this apartment. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday with frontline access into the building. Really nice pool area with great sea views. Jo the owner made the whole process very easy with excellent communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be back. 😎👍
