2122 Beachwood Villa

Plan your next Amelia Island retreat to "Beach Dreamer," a Beachwood condo within the gated Omni Resort grounds on the south end of the island. Take the centrally located elevator up to this updated top fourth-floor corner unit, offering the ideal location overlooking the Beachwood Community Pool, situated on one of the resort's pristine gold courses, as well as Red Maple Lake. Just steps away, this pool area is especially private and offers a nice mix of sun and shade throughout the day. Beach access is just across the street, where the boardwalk takes you to over thirteen miles of sand and surf that Amelia Island is known for.  You can't help feeling relaxed when visiting Beach Dreamer condo on beautiful Amelia Island, FL.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.
 
While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.

Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.
 
All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.
 
We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.

The condo is in a great location on the plantation. Close walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Enjoyed the walking trails & spent some time at Drummond Park & down by the pool. Perfect weather!

Peaceful paradise

The property was even better in person than the photos online and the property management support is unmatched! Our flight home was cancelled and with a simple text, we were able to extend our stay by 2 nights. As for location, we could be at the beach or pool within 5 minutes (walking). Both locations were very quiet and private. You can make a day out of exploring Amelia Island Plantation (where the condo is). I recommend renting a golf cart to see the marshland on the property. There are walking paths too, We took one path to the Omni Resort to get coffee. It feels like you are in the middle of the forest with all the trees. Amelia Island and this condo are hidden gems. We will be back!

Kitchen not equipped very well. Oven very dirty & smoked up unit when used. Kitchen sink faucet broke. Found/killed several large ants. Not many overhead lights, so lighting for reading was poor. HVAC unit worked well & water pressure great.

Great stay

My friend and I had a good stay! Overall it was clean and had everything we needed. The only small downside that bothered us was a musty smell every time the AC turned on. The location was great for us and an easy walk to the beach. We appreciated that they had an umbrella we could use, too!

The condo was clean and nicer than pictures shown on vrbo. Layout was good. Nice and quiet and relaxing. Kitchen was clean and had anything you may need. The beds were comfy. Great stay. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beachwood Villa was located in the Omni Resort area and surrounded by beautiful serene foliage. Our unit was well furnished, and overall good experience with our stay minus few minor issues (low water pressure and unable to locate grill on property as listed). But, would return again!

This Amelia Island, FL condo was the perfect place for us to stay for a few days as we explored the area. We were first time visitors to this part of FL, and this condo was conveniently located to nearby attractions, and still in a peaceful location. The condo itself was clean and well laid out for our party .

2122 Beachwood Drive

My overall impression of the property was that it was conveniently location on Amelia Island close to various local attractions and restaurants. It appears that the condo was freshly cleaned as we arrived and presented a falling hazard with excessively wet floors. To the eye the condo was very neat but, upon wiping the excessive water it was clear that the floors were very dirty and the restrooms also required additional cleaning. The condo was well isolated in terms of noise and made for a perfect quiet oasis during my stay. I do recommend that Amelia Vacations invest in upgraded appliances (i.e iron , rusted refrigerator) and commit to maintenance (i.e. touch up paint, new A/C vents, washing curtains and wiping window shutters).

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Highly recommend. Clean, spacious, well appointed. Kitchen well stocked. The location is outstanding in the Omni resort grounds.

Short trip but a good trip

Great location across street from beach. We love Amelia and love riding the bike trails. This condo has direct access to the walking and biking trails. It was pretty hot when we were there but the pool was so refreshing. The condo was nice. The air was not working when we got there but maintenance responded quickly and we found out a new unit was installed that day. The installers responded and fixed the problem and we were cool the rest of the time.

Clean and welcoming

This unit is perfect for 3 or 4 adults. Well equipped unit in a gated community with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great location to visit historic Amelia Island with plenty of great eateries. We will be back next year with plans to stay a little longer.

great Accomodations except....

The property was lovely. Just a few suggestions. .The shower stall needed a non-slip mat and the Tru Green bath bar was not usable...like a leather strap ...not soap. Also, a TV guide as to which remotes to use and what channels/apps were OK to use. Otherwise we had all we needed and any questions were promptly and helpfully answered by Amelia vacations...Amanda!
