Bask in the sunshine at "You Are My Sunshine," a bright and newly updated condo with peek-a-boo Gulf and lake views. This family-friendly retreat features a spacious balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests. Enjoy the heated community pool, short walk to the beach, and convenient access to 30A attractions.

Location:

Located in the family-friendly Beachside Villas community on the south side of 30A. Enjoy easy access to the beach, Eastern Lake, and nearby dining and attractions in Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and The Big Chill.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 2 Vehicles

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls

• NO STREET PARKING



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

• NO PETS

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Great location. Easy walk to beach and literally between the 2 pools of the condo complex. View was also really good considering you're not beachside. We rented bikes and went for ice cream at night and coffee in the morning. There were beach chairs, a pop up tent, and even a beach cart stored on the balcony when we stayed. Would stay again!

Nice condo, far from beach and small pool

The condo was nice and clean. The communication with the host was impeccable and the amenity kits were so cute. We appreciated the virtual guide and text messages. It was nice to have a balcony even though the view was of the back of some houses. The public beach was large with plenty of space for everyone but it was quite a walk. The trolley was a nice benefit though. Both pools were very small. Overall a nice place to stay

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at “You are my Sunshine”! It was very clean and well decorated. I love to cook, and there was everything there that I needed. The only suggestion I would give is having one big stockpot. Loved having lots of silverware! We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and the short walk to the beach. We used the pool and tennis courts as well. Would love to come back!

Very Clean, Beautiful, and Comfy

So meticulously clean and comfortable condo. Everything was sooooo nice. Would rent again for sure. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. One complaint is there are too many plates, silverware, pots, odds and ends Tupperware in kitchen. Things are hard to store in cupboards. Would be nice if they were gone through and had only one large set , not 3 or 4 mixed sets.

***This condo is located on the third floor and there’s no elevator.*** The condo is clean and cute, and it’s third floor location does provide peekaboo ocean views which was nice. However, hauling luggage for a family of five up to the third floor in June heat was not fun.

You are my Sunshine was great! It was a really short walk to the beach but rented bikes down the street to make it a little easier and so we could ride up to the restaurants and stores close by. They just renovated the condo right before our stay so that made it even better! Nancy from Kismet was very responsive and helpful! There weren’t any umbrellas or chairs in the condo but you can rent beach chairs and umbrella on the beach easily for $25 per day. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the sun

Great location and very comfortable vacation rental. Plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and plenty of forks, knives, etc. We enjoyed our stay - very nice place!

We were told the washer would be repaired on day one. Waited 2 days to hear back from the property manager after no one showed to repair the machine.
