Lovely host for an okay property

This apartment is a no frills spot to spend a night, as advertised. The host was accommodating and understanding when we were held up by traffic.

Sorry to say. Did not meet my expectations.

Normally I like to give positive reviews or give some points that could have been better. Unfortunately this was not the case. My husband booked this accommodation not researching the area. To our surprise this property is in a very sketchy area. Constant action on the streets late at night into the morning. We arrived late and the host Fatmir met us with the keys. I thought that we would have had a way to enter our accommodations without needing him. Anyway the place was very very hot with only 1 fan in July. The windows had a metal barrier that we could not move to open to give more circulating air. The trash smell reeked into the apartment. The towels we used in the shower were hard and old. We could not believe it but we found a rotten Avacado in the closet. The beds were not comfortable which made everything that much worse. I have never stayed in a place quite this bad. Fatmir was nice enough but not helpful. We did not know what to do with the keys when we departed at 6:30am. We tried calling Tamir and no answer. So we left them inside. If I could get my night back I would. It’s not about the money it’s about not having accommodations like this to rent to guests.

Je suis étonné par votre réaction et le façon de expliqué les choses ! L'appartement se trouve en canter ville de Annemasse et en face de la Gare d'Annemasse. Lors de votre réservation vous trouverez toutes les informations nécessaire et les conditions et les procédures de réservation. Je vous avez contacté à 16h pour savoir plus sur votre arrivée, j'ai pas eu réponse de votre part. Vous m'avez contacté à 23h30 et vous dit que on est arrivé dans 30 min, je vous avais attendu devant la porte de entrer 30min, jusqu'à 24h. Avec les fenêtres, y à pas des problèmes de ouverture mais apparemment vous avez un problème avec sistème de EU ? Tout les conditions de réservation et le commodité de notre appartement est expliqué sur le annance, jusqu'à aujourd'hui on avait pas des problèmes, et que des retour positif. Désolé de vous dire mais Ginger de lors arrivée était en mode stressant, si vous avez attendu un Hôtel de 5 étoiles 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 c'est pas le cas. Le messagerie Abritel ça fonctionne très bien, mais vous avez du mal à utiliser correctement.

Super séjour !

Fatmir est très accueuillant et réactif aux messages. Tout était conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est propre et confortable. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants de 3 et 4 ans. L'accès à la gare à 2 min à pieds est appréciable. A refaire ;)
