In the middle of vineyards and olive trees, this farmhouse is located on the heights of the village of Condorcet and will offer you an authentic stay in the heart of the Drôme Provençale

Description:
Small farmhouse for 10 people located in the middle of vineyards and apricot trees, with a total surface of 75 m2. Large 2000 m2 garden with many Mediterranean species.

The house is composed of:

On the ground floor: a living room overlooking the garden with a dining area, a sitting area (television and fireplace) and an open kitchen.

-Bedroom 1: Bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom (shower & sink)

Fantastisk beliggende provencalsk og idyllisk bondehus med pool

Huset er et smukt restaureret bondehus med dejlige værelser og et veludstyret køkken. Da det ligger højt og er bygget i massive sten, er det fint køligt om natten i den varme sommer. Grunden deler sig over flere niveauer med masser af forskellige charmerende kroge, hvor man kan nyde den fantastiske udsigt over området og bjergene. Der er dejlige og meget krævende cykelmuligheder i området og ikke langt til yndige Nyons. Værtsparret er meget imødekommende og følger op på om opholdet forløber fint. Vi var en familie på 5 personer afsted og nød alle hvert et øjeblik. Jeg kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Maison de charme très agréable à vivre avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes des baronnies

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à la Traversière. La vue sur les montagnes des baronnies est magnifique. Les espaces de vie extérieurs à l'ombre des arbres et la piscine ensoleillée sont très agréables. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour préparer de bons petits plats. La maison conserve de la fraicheur malgré les fortes températures extérieures du mois d'août. Elle est située au calme dans la nature au dessus du village de Condorcet, à 15mn de Nyons et de son marché provençal. De nombreuses randonnées dans la nature sont possibles au départ de la maison et autour de Condorcet. Caroline et Benoît sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation la Traversière pour vos vacances en famille ou avec des amis

Ravissante propriété avec une vue magnifique et au calme. La maison décorée avec goût est très bien équipée. La piscine est très agréable, bien exposée. Un accueil simple et parfait, une communication efficace, la recette d’une arrivée sans souci! A notre grande surprise la piscine est grande et très agréable, des draps de lit et de bain nous attendaient! Jeux de piscine, barbecue, boules de pétanque, vélos, tout est à disposition! Maison très confortable avec vue époustouflante sur les Baronnie.

Après un accueil très sympathique avec Alexandra, nous nous sommes « appropriés » les lieux rapidement. Nous avons passé notre temps dehors tant la météo nous a gâtés. Nos excursions sont restées proches: il y a beaucoup de randonnées à faire dans un rayon très court. Nous n’avons pas résisté à l’appel du Mont Ventoux que l’on peut admirer depuis la maison. La piscine est très agréable, peu chlorée; sa conception en béton originale est très appréciable. Un très bel endroit qui nous laissera d’excellents souvenirs. Merci à Caroline et Benoit pour leur disponibilité.

Un séjour reposant dans un cadre sublime

Se réveiller chaque matin face à ce panorama enchanteur n’a pas de prix! Tant la maison que les extérieurs nous ont ravis. La piscine très bien orientée, les ruines du vieux village à 10min de marche, les commerces de première nécessité à quelques minutes... tout était parfait!

Un petit paradis...au calme.

Calme et tranquillité, pas de voisinage mais pas isolés non plus, beauté des lieux, vue magnifique sur les montagnes, les vignes et les oliviers, jolie maison en pierres, fraiche à l'interieur quand il fait chaud dehors, aucun moustique en septembre dans cet agreable jardin, piscine rafraichissante et silencieuse. Beaucoup de villages perchés, d'histoire et de culture dans cette region qui ne manque pas d'intérêt pour les amoureux de nature et de vieilles pierres...mais pas seulement !

Superb views, calm and relaxing.

Lovely variety of places to sit in the sun or in the shade and view the splendour of the mountains surrounding the property. Great pool, not huge, but enough to have lots of fun ... Some lovely dishes, comfy beds, and very clean. We found it a bit hot at night sometimes but we are from the north..

Great location for hiking and biking near Nyons

Great location with panorama view to mountains and hills surrounding this great gite, located close to old village almost at top of hill with overview to valley, wine yards, olives and lavender fields and neighbouring hills/mountains. The gite has a great new pool, a 'pool with a view' to magnificant surroundings near Nyons. Nyons is just 10 min away by car and offers a unique market. Local shop and bakery is near in local valley. The location next to the historic village on a hill provides many routes for hiking and running. Easy to enjoy 5-10-15 km hikes/running in the fantastic scenary. For biking several options of nearby Trente-Pas to make routes into Luberon/Mt Ventoux. Bedoin and Caroline are great hosts, easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house is with many bedrooms, should easily support two families or generations, as a teen family we only used half the beds. The living room limited in size, so outside at the big picnic table or around the pool is where we spent the most time. As the sun rotates, different options for seatings. A great experience visiting Nyons/Condorcet.Thanks

We loved our stay in this house. It’s a peaceful place with a beautiful view over the mountains. The garden is lovely. Everything you need is availible and Benoit, Caroline and Alexandra are very kind hosts. We would definitly recommend this place!

Ein romantisches Ferienhaus in den Bergen

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in "La Traversière" in Condorcet und waren begeistert von dem schönen alten Haus mit der herrlichen Aussicht. Die Inneneinrichtung ist eher einfach, aber vollständig und vollkommen ausreichend. Auch die Eigentümer haben sich per email sehr angelegentlich um unser Wohl gekümmert. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Fantastiske omgivelser og skøn udsigt

Et pragtfuldt feriested! Ejeren, Benoit, og hans kone var meget opmærksomme på, at vi havde det godt og at alt virkede. Huset er funktionelt med moderne hjælpemidler. Omgivelserne er fantastiske. Der er mange små steder rundt om huset, hvor man kan sidde og nyde den vidunderlige udsigt. Der er også en lille køkkenhave, hvor gæsterne kan plukke tomater, courgetter og krydderurter. Huset er ikke for gangbesværede, da den indvendige trappe er stejl og grunden lidt kuperet. Stedet kan absolut anbefales, hvis man holder af natur. Der er masser af mindre, men interessante middelalderbyer i omegnen. Leif og Ulla Vincentsen, Danmark.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille, le calme et la beauté de ce mazet provençal est indescriptible.. Il faut y aller pour ressentir ce bien être.. Les enfants étaient heureux de s amuser autant dans la piscine que dans le jardin avec cette vue incroyable! Tout est très fonctionnel et à proximité d activités, promenades, marchés etc... Un petit coin de PARADIS !!

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances, le calme et la beauté de ce mazet est indescriptible..Il faut y aller pour ressentir ce bien être.. Les enfants étaient heureux de s'amuser autant dans la piscine que dans le jardin avec cette vue juste incroyable! Tout est très fonctionnel et à proximité d'activités, promenades, marchés etc... Un grand Merci à Caroline et Benoît, les propriétaires, pour leur bienveillance, leur amabilité, toutes leurs délicates attentions.. Maison de rêve !

Magnifique maison perchée sur la colline bénéficiant d'une vue exceptionnelle. Le jardin offre de multiples coins permettant d'en profiter tout au long de la journée ! la maison est un vrai cocon douillet. Nous avons passé 2 semaines fabuleuses! Un vrai havre de paix !
