Beautiful 3,500 m² garden with flowers and trees and fully fenced, located by the river (with small beach), large private heated pool secured by electric shutters and maintained by a professional during your stay, pétanque court, outdoor lighting, garden furniture, bbq
On the ground floor: large living room - dining room, equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (1 large 160 x 200 bed), a bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one double bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 x 200 and a large children's bedroom with 4 single beds 90 x 200 and in a separate space a double bed 160 x 200) and a bathroom .
Fully secure house for children.
Simple but neat furnishings.
All amenities:
* kitchen equipped with stove, oven and microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge + large freezer, complete cookware and basic products
* satellite tv and wifi
* laundry room with washing machine and dryer
