About this property

This great 5 bedroom house on Lake Conroe has an attached bathroom for all bedrooms except the kids room! Its really a HACIENDA ON THE WATER! Its great for large families! UNFORTUNATELY, its not open in the SUMMER due to our family having the time to enjoy the house! Its NOT your typical rental, its our vacation house that we will share with others September through April!

Its perfect for Snowbirds wishing to get away from the cold up north! The actual living area is 40' wide with glass across the entire room! inside the house boasts a huge table that seats 12 people! There is a covered deck outside the living area that seats 8 for dinner and has 6 chairs and chat table! The boat house has a covered deck with a table that seats 8 people with 6 chair conversation area along with outdoor kitchen! Its a great place for the entire family to hang out and watch the kids go down the slide- or swim! Rent you a boat and pull them in the calm area right there at the house! The covered deck with outdoor kitchen is fully usable due to a protection spray from spiders and mosquitos! There is an outdoor firepit for summer nights and of course - smores!!

We have a great Kids Room that has built in bunks, TV and sleeps 8 kids! The kids will love it and SO WILL YOU! Bedrooms will sleep 10 adults! HOWEVER, no more than 15 can occupy this house! This will be a great experience for a family wanting a vacation on the lake! Its an OPEN WATER VIEW that is protected from the main lake! This is a great house for large groups or families however REMEMBER NO PARTIES! Go in and BOOK NOW! DISCOUNTS FOR THOSE WANTING IT FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH!

Simply Wonderful

The home was wonderful and in an ideal location to get to all the activities going on during “wedding weekend”. The bunk room was adorable and the other bedrooms were spacious and worked well for our group. It was a little cold so we didn’t get to spend much time outside but the view is incredible! Thanks for sharing your home with us Regina!

Beautiful Place

The house is Beautiful and the dock is Awesome with the kitchen and slide The weather didn’t work for us but we still had a Great time!

Our lake house is our family's holiday fun! We bought the house years ago because of its private lot and the location of the house on the water! its an open area that is protected where boats are able to anchor and let kids swim or perfect for pulling kids on tubes! we remodeled it with families in mind! You will not believe the KIDS ROOM! TV - toys- bunk beds - pull out couch! We updated the boat dock into a great covered deck where you will spend most of your day! Its a great house and we only are willing to share it for the months of January, February, March, and April! You may find a few open spots in some of the other months! Its a very unique house!

This lake house has a great Boat Dock!!! Its Covered and has an outdoor kitchen along with table for 8 and a chat table for 6! The entire family will hang out here and the kids will enjoy the slide and blue carpet that is great for the water!

You may just want to fish! We are set up for that as well! Come enjoy this property!
