Waterfront vacation ready - make some great memories on the lake

Come experience true paradise in this beautiful waterfront Lake Conroe home! Minutes from fantastic restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals, convenient access to the freeway, and nearby shopping, this house offers it all! Designed perfectly for couples, families, friendly gatherings, there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy all of the lake’s beauty from nearly every room, or to simply find some quiet time to yourself. On the weekends you may even delight in live music from the nearby restaurant as you sit outside lakeside.

Step out onto the large deck right through 1 of 4 sliding glass doors and onto the expansive covered or uncovered deck options as you gaze at the breathtaking lake and feel instant relaxation. I refer to it as my happy place! If you prefer the indoors, relax in one of three separate sitting areas, two downstairs, and one upstairs in the gameroom.

Go jump in the lake right off the dock, or simply sit out on the dock and watch the fun, laughs, and memories unfold on the 18 foot floating watermat. Incredible sunrises and sunsets also await you in your own personal oasis!

Once you enter the water from the stairs, it is shallow enough and enclosed partly by the L-shaped dock to ensure a safe wading experience for younger children. Life jackets are provided for extra security. My own three young children, along with their friends, have enjoyed countless hours being entertained right off the dock, as have many adults! For the adults, Bum Floats are supplied as an amusing way to float in the water!

Updated kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances fully equipped for all of your cooking needs with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Outdoor gas grill to cook up the perfect afternoon or evening meal to enjoy on the expansive deck with many seating possibilities - one covered patio table with seating, one open area with outdoor couch and additional seating, along with one partially covered patio table with seating. Dock seating also available with two lounge chairs, wooden bench, two wrought iron chairs, two patio chairs, and two Adirondack chairs. Light up the deck for an evening of engaging conversation or tranquility, maybe even as you relax on the hammock under the trees, the choices are unlimited.

Upstairs, partake in a game of shuffle board, or a competitive game of foosball! If you are more into cards, dominoes, or board games, a game table is well-arranged for a fun time.

Once the day is done, throw your wet clothes in the washer and when it’s time to retire for the evening, 2 King beds, 2 Full/Queen beds, and a bunk room with 4 twin beds (ideal space if you are traveling with children) await a peaceful slumber. One King bed located downstairs in master bedroom with private bathroom, all other beds located upstairs with one additional full bath to share. Additional half bath located downstairs. Wood look tile throughout the entire downstairs, and waterproof wood look vinyl upstairs for easy cleanup. Washer and dryer located in the garage. Limited supply of dishwasher pods, washing detergent, and toiletries provided. Towels and bedding provided.

For those cool temp lake nights, enjoy a warming fire in the fire pit located near the bulkhead. If you prefer one inside, a cozy fireplace awaits.

Location:
Conveniently located 10 minutes off of I-45, if the lake isn’t enough, travel 30 minutes south to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor for an adventurous day at the waterpark. The impressive Woodlands Mall, or an evening concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is about a 20 minute drive. If you are looking for additional entertainment, Downtown Houston is approximately an hour away.

Policies/House Rules:
Driveway parking accommodates 4 vehicles, please no parking on the narrow streets. Personal boat and jet ski on property are not for guest use. It is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and no loud gatherings after 11 pm. No smoking indoors. Please be mindful, this is a family home that my family has enjoyed for many years and take care of it as you would your own. I am happy to share our home with you and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
