Large house in picturesque old Valldemossa, with garden, pool and roof terrace
- english, french, german, spanish, Dutch
This beautiful house belongs to my friend Ana, a university professor in Musicology in Madrid. As I know the house well, have had excellent experiences renting out our own country house in Spain and can attend our guests in several languages, she asked me to give her a hand with the holiday rentals of her vacation home. I am of Dutch-American-German origin.

Valldemossa May 2019
We felt so privileged to have the opportunity to stay in this lovely villa for a week in May 2019.
The views from the upstairs terrace were just gorgeous! The rooms were clean and very well presented and the property is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops!
It was an easy, quick drive from the airport to Valldemossa and around Valldemossa is a lot of places to visit near by.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in Valldemossa.
I am so glad we booked to stay there!

Wonderful house in a lovely village
We spent 8 days here before Easter. The spacious house is lovely and very well designed, from a functional as well as a visual standpoint. The very attractive kitchen and plentiful bathrooms are comfortable to use. Housekeeping is of a very high standard, everything felt clean and fresh. Wouldn’t be ideal for the very young or very old, as the plunge pool would be a worry and the stairs are a little steep in places.
Staying in Valldemossa works well and its great charm really comes through in the early mornings and evenings when the many visitors have left. As with the rest of north Mallorca, the village is beautifully preserved and nothing strikes a false note. We actually preferred it to Deià, which is an easy drive for dinner etc.
The owner’s representatives were extremely responsive and helpful. All in all, staying there was a lovely experience which we hope to repeat one day.
Lovely property...very clean...great position only negative was the pool was a bit small.
The house itself is gorgeous and in a fantastic spot to walk to restaurants and shops. Adam was so helpful whilst we were there and was always at the end of the phone for questions!! The one thing I would say was the pool is not ideal for children, small and deep, but when the children are older we would love to go back xx
A well-appointed and well-located villa.
This is a delightful property in a good location with full facilities. Our family of eight plus two toddlers enjoyed an autumn week and experienced a roomy and comfortable stay in a lovely house. We can fully recommend the Village and surrounds.
Everything was perfect. The manager very helpful. We loved the village and the surrounding areas.
The house is located in the picturesque old town of Valldemossa, considered one of Spain's most beautiful villages. It is a quiet town all year round, even in high season, yet it has excellent shops and restaurants at only a few steps from the house. Very close-by is the famous 14th Century Cartoixa de Valldemossa cloister with its beautiful gardens, where Chopin stayed for a period with his mistress George Sand at the end of the 19th Century at a lovely home which has now been converted into a museum that can be visited.
Some of the island's most beautiful "calas" (beaches carved into the coastal cliffs) are at only 10-15 minutes by car, at a similar distance as the famous town of Deía with its splendid hotels and restaurants. The beautiful port of Soller and the city of Palma de Mallorca and its airport are within a 20 minute drive from the house.
The Sierra de Tramuntana, a mountains range declared protected World Nature Heritage by the UNESCO in which Valldemossa is nestled, is a wonderful landscape for long hikes and bicycle rides.
There are regular buses connecting Valldemossa with Palma, Deía and Soller. From the house all essentials are within walking distance.
