Garden level 200m from the beach!

The apartment is located in the basement of our house and has its own private entrance.

It features a living room (sofa bed, extendable round table, 4 chairs, TV), a kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave), a bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a small desk, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

You’ll also have access to an enclosed outdoor courtyard (in summer: table, 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a grill, with parking available; in winter, our boat is moored there).

The property is in a quiet location, 200 metres from the lifeguard-monitored beach and the bike path (2 bikes—one men’s, one women’s)—and close to shops, the market, the Thalasso spa, the casino, and more.

Ouistreham is a vibrant seaside resort offering numerous sports and cultural activities, both in town and in the surrounding area (D-Day beaches, the Memorial, Suisse Normande, etc.). For more information, contact the Ouistreham Riva Bella Tourist Information Office.

For food lovers, you can buy fresh fish and shellfish at the harbour and enjoy local Norman specialities! The market is open daily in the summer.

Well-behaved and clean pets are welcome. We have two Australian Shepherds ourselves.

Sheets and towels are available for an additional fee (20E for 2 people).
You can save on the cleaning fee by doing it yourself; otherwise, expect an additional charge of 70E.
