Nous recevons votre commentaire lapidaire avec étonnement. Vous êtes en effet partis la veille de la date annoncée. Nous en étions avertis mais à aucun moment vous ne nous avez fait part d'une quelconque insatisfaction. Notre gîte ne serait pas adapté aux personnes âgées ? Il dispose pourtant d'une chambre, de toilettes et d'une salle de bain de plain-pied.
Notre gîte ne serait pas adapté aux enfants ? Un portail très haut et toujours fermé condamne tout accès à la route et à l'étage, il y a une grande salle de jeux dotée d'une table de ping-pong et d'un baby-foot !
Nous tenons à vous rappeler que la veille de votre arrivée, vous avez envoyé 2 personnes pour vérifier la conformité des lieux avec l'annonce, ces personnes ont loué la propreté du logement.
La satisfaction de nos hôtes est notre priorité mais hélas, nous ne sommes pas médiums et nous interrogeons encore sur les motivations d'une telle évaluation.
N'hésitez pas à l'avenir à communiquer sur les points à améliorer pour que la critique soit constructive.
