Awesome place to stay
I have been traveling regularly with work for over 20 years. This year alone I have stayed 10 times in rental homes for work and pleasure. This was the first time I had ever rented a property where the owner was onsite and must admit I was a little apprehensive. However, my concerns were completely unfounded as Penny and Ken were wonderful to deal with and this home has it all
Everything is designed to enhance your stay from plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen to ample linens including beach towels for the jacuzzi
At every turn you can see the owners efforts and thoughtfulness to make your stay better. Plenty of coffee pods on hand, laundry products, soap and lotions. Something that is exceptional is the abundance of tv channels available without having to pay for them. A gas grill with an extra propane tank and a great covered fire pit area stocked with wood, fire starter and everything you need
The location was great as well because you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere but were actually
10 minutes from a small grocery store and HomeGrown a nice little local restaurant
20 minutes from Southern Pines where there is a quaint downtown. Shopping area and larger retail outlets nearby
