Bon séjour
L'emplacement est très bien, à 2 pas de la plage (ça monte pas mal au retour), de Biarritz, et des commerces (en particulier les halles d'Anglet ou on trouve d'excellents produits) et l’appartement est très bien équipé (TV, lecteur Blu-Ray, lave vaisselle, lave linge, plaque vitrocéramique, hotte, frigo, congélateur, micro onde). Le cadre est agréable (vue sur le golf de Biarritz). Seul petit bémol : le canapé lit ... il est très étroit pour 2 (120), et même tout seul il est très inconfortable (le matelas est vraiment à changer ...). Les autres couchages sont corrects.
Concernant la résidence, le parking fermé et la piscine sont vraiment appréciables. En revanche, les parties communes mériteraient un rafraichissement. Autre bémol : l'isolation : il ne faut pas tomber sur des voisins fêtards ...
Un dernier petit mot pour l'accueil très chaleureux.
Globalement, nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour, l'appartement n'est pas très grand, mais bien agencé et bien équipé, et surtout très bien placé !

Bonjour, merci pour ce retour circonstancié ! En effet, le canapé lit est un 120, je vais vérifier que c’est bien indiqué dans l’annonce ou le rajouter. Pour la qualité du matelas du canapé-lit, d’habitude il est utilisé par des enfants donc ils souffrent peut être moins d’une qualité de matelas moindre que dans un lit. Pour l’isolation, nous sommes déjà en double vitrage, difficile de faire davantage. Désolé que les autres locataires voisins n’aient pas respecté le règlement de la résidence sur le bruit, le civisme est en perdition….Concernant les parties communes je ne peux que vous donner raison : mais cela n’est malheureusement pas de notre ressort, nous faisons continuellement pression sur le gérant…. Avec un succès modéré. Content malgré tout que votre séjour ait été globalement positif. Bonne fin d’été !
