Exclusive use of a large veranda adjoining the garden, equipped with a table and chairs. <br>Great location, just 20 minutes from Paris by RER or car. Close to the Villepinte Exhibition Centre, the Asterix Theme Park, and Euro Disney. <br>Just a short walk from Allée Graziella, which features a children’s playground (spider-themed) leading to the Ourcq Canal with a bike path and woods.<br>The town of Villeparisis is quite attractive.

Schöne Lage aber mega schmuddelig

Größe paßt für 6 Personen, Lage zentral und ok, Wohnung und Inventar nur leider mega schmuddelig und verwöhnt. Zusammen gewürfelte Besteck, Teller, Tassen ....Also nicht richtig sauber.....Mobiliar wenig einladend und renovierungsbedürftig ....für das gebotene ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt......da helfen auch die netten Vermieter nicht drüber hinweg.
