Would stay here every visit to OC!

This place was wonderful—very clean and perfectly laid out for our needs. The view from the master bedroom and balcony is absolutely spectacular. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the week we stayed, but honestly, that was the only downside to an otherwise fantastic experience (and completely outside the owner's control). We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was both comfortable and convenient. The parking spot is very close to the entrance, making check-in, check-out, and travel so easy. The pool was closed during our stay, but the experience and condo accommodations were so great, we didn’t mind a bit. Wonderful view of the ocean!

Wonderful beach trip!!!

The apartment 210 at Marrigot Beach is perfect!My family were very pleased with the condo.Love the views the location the condo is well taken care of.My only negative is that we couldn't stay longer!and we loved the individual parking close to the building!This was a home run in our oppion!We would love to come back next summer!

Great oceanfront unit

Owners are responsive and organized. Unit was clean and had great view of ocean. We enjoyed the sun deck, proximity to beach. Kitchen was well equipped. It was also nice to have a full size laundry room. We would rent the unit again.

Everything we were looking for

The unit was clean, updated, kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Right on the water perfect view of the ocean. Parking spot was perfect right next to the building and the elevator. The hotel next door had a bar outside and entertainment that you could go over to and enjoy. The only negative thing was the dumpster area near the parking lot was poorly maintained. That is not a negative reflection on the owner but the complex itself. We would definitely stay here again.
