This condo sleeps 5 and has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B526 is decorated in soothing blues and greens to enhance the tropical feel of the resort. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a quaint glass top dining table with seating for four people. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, 55' TV, DVD player, and a pull out twin sofa bed from the large leather ottoman. The primary bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath, TV, DVD player, and a spacious closet.

Amazing amenities

We loved our stay overall. One day the water was not as clear but the next day it was( be ware of jellyfish if is late on the day). We loved the room and the view. The amenities were great! Parking was perfect so close to our room and also we were close to elevator close to the pool and front desk. Don’t forget to go to the pier and see some dolphins, jelly fish, and some fish catch by fishermen. The pizza from the small cart was so good a bit pricey but convenient.

Place and location were great!

The place itself was wonderful, great location and very quiet! We would definitely visit here again, if needed. The only downfall for us was lack of blankets (definitely bring extras-the bed only had sheets on it), there were plenty of pillows but no pillow sheets. There was a vacuum in the room to use, which we thought was wonderful to clean up the sand especially with having kids, until we used it and it didn’t pick up any sand.

Great Family Spot

Waterscape is a great family resort, with plenty of amenities for children of all ages. Between the pools and beach, you can have a great vacation here. The resort is starting to show it's age, and the greatest negative it has is that the pool waters can often be very cold. The E/W buildings A/B, block hours of sun from the pools, making them not as warm as you may like, or in our case, our daughter had a bit of a rough time with the temperature of the waters. Rooms facing inside the resort, even numbered, are much more preferrable to odd numbers, and building A is by far the easiest to navigate to the pools/parking and beach.

Great location and property amenities, so-so room.

I really loved how close we were to everything. It's about 8-10 minutes tops to anything you would want to do. The pools, lazy river, and beach access were great. It was great having a washer and dryer in the room. There werent enough pillowcases for all of our pillows but property management provided some within minutes. The room itself was pretty basic, and there were several signs of wear and tear from previous guests. The showers were old-looking and yellow, the shower heads were small, outdated, and had low pressure. For the price we paid for the room, I would have appreciated a little higher quality but overall I would try another room at the property.

great stay for the kids

Pros: great pools, the kids loved them, as well as the easy access to the beach. Also easy walk on the beach to get to the boardwalk with an assortment of restaurants, as well as the pier. The condo is close to elevators, it was clean, and nicely decorated. Cons: not enough linens. We had 3 kids, so my 2 girls slept on the pull-out couch, and my son slept on the pull out twin bed in the ottoman. When I pulled out the couch bed, there were still old sheets on them, which thankfully i was able to wash. There were no cover sheets/blankets for the kids to cover themselves with, so I had to take the bedspread from the master bedroom for the girls to use. Also we were missing a pillowcase, so I had to cover the pillow for my son with the flat sheet I put on top of the twin fold-out. I did tell the front desk but no one ever came to give us an extra pillowcase or check in that one was received. Also the broom located in the closet was broken when we arrived. Overall the kids enjoyed themselves. The beach is a little too crowded for my liking and the beach chairs are so close that you can hear everyone's conversations. Also people would set up their tents and chairs right in front of you, blocking your entire view of the beach.

Changes should be made

Many things to discuss: first of all the tiny disclaimer on the photo showing the bedding is incredibly misleading. I never saw it, my husband never saw it, my sister never saw it, therefore we ended up cramped in a room I paid too much for. I feel a little tricked, especially since I was told many people have made the same mistake. Change the photo! Both pull out mattresses were stained. Neither of the showers would drain so every time we took a shower we were standing in a sandy swamp. There was a mildew smell in the room the whole time, and on the last day the water heater started leaking into the hallway causing both babies to slip and hit their heads. This is just the room. The building itself is ok and the pool is cool but very crowded. On the first day there we went to the beach and there was a sign requesting we take our shoes off and leave them on the pier. This resulted in us FRYING our feet on the way back in. I had to listen to my nephew scream in pain on the way back up the pier! My nephew had fun in the pool and that’s the only reason you get two stars.This building needs to make serious changes.

Comfortable Stay

Nice view and location within the complex. The bed was comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the bedroom fan (there was a remote but it didn’t seem to work but the AC was working well so we didn’t have to have it.) Over all this was a unit we were able to relax in with our kids. Waterscape is a great family friendly resort. We would book this unit again.

Perfect Spring break!

Thank you for an amazing stay! The location was perfect! My daughter and I enjoyed the extremely short walk to the beach and the heated pool was nice! Kinda packed due to the time of year. But beautiful! We hope to stay here again!

Great Place

We really enjoyed our visit! Waterscape was clean, right on the beach, had a great pool and splash area. We absolutely loved the bed if we could we would have took it home as a souvenir😉. I wish the pools were heated because it got chilly but it was a great place no matter the water temperature. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo!

Long overdue vacay

Overall, we had a great time. Condo unit was great except the mold on shower curtain liner and dirty patio furnitures. Waterscape is an excellent place and was perfect for our 2 & 4yr olds. Will definitely come back.
