This condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B322 is decorated with clean design lines and modern-styled furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a quaint round dining table with seating for four people. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a TV and DVD player, as well as a queen sofa bed. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

Last minute get away

We stayed here with our entire family 2 months earlier in July and decided for a vacation for just the two of us in September. We loved the 1 bedroom condo. It was perfect for just us two. This was our 3rd stay at Waterscape. We will definitely be back!

Good but needs updating.

Nice place with good view of pool and splash pad.. Bedroom Furniture and curtains need updating. Very clean. Overall a good place but plain. Could use a makeover to give it more of a comfortable feel.

B322 review

Room needs to be updated a little. They replaced the shower head in master the day before we left and fan in living room never got fixed. Furniture was really cheap but overall and great place and waterscape is awesome.

Fun for all ages

This was not my first visit to Waterscape Villas. I’ve been visiting since 2012. The property offers water fun for all ages—my 6 year old had as much fun as my 15 yr old. The only down side to this particular visit had to do with the unit I was given. The sofa sleeper for my teenage son had a mattress that should’ve been replaced some years ago. It was basically springs wrapped in fabric. Due to his ingenuity, we overcame that and still managed to have a wonderful time. We will be back, but looking for a unit further from the main road and the live band playing across the street as well as a real 2nd bed.

Enjoyable

My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at waterscape B322. The property was great, condo was perfect. Just a quick drive to Destin to enjoy the boardwalk and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach. It was a great stay and we will be back.

Suite next door had a busted hot water heater in the middle of the night. carpet in the master BR closet and near nightstand was wet. Could hear all their conversations & outside noise during the middle of the night from the MBR windows. Rust found inside and around the dryer door.

Worst stay ever

The condo B322 was completely dirty and smelled of bleach and mold when we first walked in. The second day we discovered we had a major water leak in the living room, so the maintenance put in a huge industrial type fan extra loud for two days in the condo to help dry the water soaked carpet. The smell was unimaginable and no-one should have to deal with kind of stuff when on vacation. The carpet was so dirty, we had to walk with shoes because of how disgusting it was. The table was left for us unclean with all sorts of stains.

What a great time!

The accommodations were perfect for me and my children. So much better than a hotel. Swimming in the many different pools was so much fun and I didn't know beforehand, but Fudpuckers has a hut by one of the pools where we had great gator dogs for lunch. The gulf water and beach was perfect while we were there. I love Fort Walton! We enjoy going to the boardwalk close by to eat and shop and walk the pier. We always visit the Gulfarium to see the sea lion and dolphin shows and Wily Willy's Adventure to golf and play arcade games. I will definitely return.

Good location, clean but needs some love.

Overall the unit was very clean, but the carpet is in need of replacement. It’s old, stained and dirty. The unit could use some routine maintenance (painting, replace bathroom vents, etc). Most of the furniture is of poor quality, stained and old. The sofa looked newer but the sleeper mattress was very worn. The patio table was cheap and a broken leg. Proved to be difficult to use with 2 kids. Overall we had a good stay; the resort amenities were nice and the location is great in proximity to the beach.

Very Nice!

Our favorite part about this rental is that it’s right on the beach! Loved the access to the lazy river, hot tub, and pools too! Definitely recommend staying here :)

Property is very nice great location. Cleanliness in the room was horrible When we arrived there was hairs around both toilets, sinks looked like they had not been cleaned floors weren't swept thoroughly sand was in spots. Overall good stay just lacking cleaning

Great resort!!!

Great overall resort with an awesome beach within walking distance to the Boardwalk. One downfall of our room was being on the west side and close to AJ’s along the road. Loud live music late into the night was not appreciated but understand the nightlife. Our room’s blinds in the bedroom need to be blackout as the hallway lights made the room pretty light at night. Overall we loved the resort and would definitely return!!

We had a great time!

It was a wonderful time and great condo. My ONLY complaint would be to upgrade the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom. If not the mattress, then at least the pillows! They were pretty awful. My husband nic named them the "chiclet" pillows because they were hard, white, and square. They honestly affected our sleep and we wish we had brought our own. New, softer ones would make all the difference! Thanks! Allison Allen

Great Place!

Check-in and check-out were easy and contactless. The community has a lot to do and it is walking friendly. Do not miss the cafeteria at the pool that has great drinks and pizza. The unit was super clean and organized. The kitchen had anything that you need. The bed and the pillows were too firm for my family but that depends on every person. I will advise just to have an extra blanket/comforter because they provided just one. I will totally recommend this place and unit to anybody and will come back soon.

Great location for family

Awesome series of pools, direct beach access, condo had everything we needed to prepare meals/not have to go out to eat once. I particularly liked the small child area for my toddler. Our condo unit was furnished very basic (wobbly plastic table with folding metal chairs for “dining” and cheap outdoor seating), we didn’t mind but some people are prickly. Overall great stay, reasonably priced for last minute.

This unit is definitely in need of updates. The living room is filthy - the carpet, couches, chairs and curtains. Literally everything is stained. The dining room tables are folding chairs. I will say that the bedroom appeared clean and bed was comfortable. The bedroom TV would not turn off at times. The WiFi never worked. The door code that we are given never worked. I had to go to the front desk two different times to get a new code. I attempted multiple times to contact Vacasa about the above issues. After finally reaching somebody I was told I would be contacted by local management, NO follow through. I have booked through multiple individuals and companies throughout the years but never had an experience like this. I would caution anybody prior to booking this unit or through Vacasa.

Cleanliness

The over all stay was wonderful, however the room itself was not clean. The extra blankets were dirty and the couch was so dirty we did not sit on it.
