Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms on either side, each with their own flat-screen television, DVD player and private attached bath. A short distance down the hall is the Gulf-front master bedroom, also offering a flat-screen television and DVD player and leading into the spacious master bath. The master bath offers a double vanity and a large, walk-in shower. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the fully-equipped kitchen, leading into the dining area and living room. The kitchen boasts marble countertops along with all equipment and amenities needed for a picture-perfect vacation. The living room includes a flat-screen television and DVD player and leads directly to the expansive balcony.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
