We absolutely loved this room. It was plenty of space for all of us (4 adults, 9yr old & toddler). It was gorgeous, nicely updated, very clean. Any questions or concerns I had, the host was quick to respond. The location of this place is perfect, the view is beautiful, very nice and clean pool and my kids loved the splash area. My only recommendation is to bring extra paper products if you have a bigger group staying. Otherwise they had everything we needed to get through the week. Check in and out couldn’t be easier. Love just having a code to get in and not worrying about going to the desk and keeping track of key cards etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful condo

I took my family and grandchildren. Ages 10 and 6. This was our first time at the Azure. We enjoyed the room. The view of the ocean was perfect. We were on vacation over the 4th of July and were concerned about overcrowded beaches. It wasn’t bad at all. The beach service did a great job in organizing the chairs so you had a bit of space. The unit was clean when we arrived. Easy access to room. Adequate elevators. I saw Azure staff daily cleaning and just being present. Beds were comfortable. The furniture on the deck was great. I would prefer more pub height chairs just for the view. Would definitely go again.

Nice Property!

We have stayed on Okaloosa Island a few times and Azure is the nicest property by far! The condo was exactly as described, very roomy and comfortable. The beds are firm if you like that. Would definitely stay here again!

Our new go to place for vacation!

We found this property to be perfect! The condo was very clean and spacious with beautiful views! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and bathrooms provided plenty of towels. The beautiful white sand beach and lovely pools were just a few steps from the condo. You could also walk to many restaurants quickly and easily. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the property and can't wait to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. Communication was excellent. The location was excellent. The view was awesome - the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a family Christmas week with 7 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. The property was very clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely return.

Great view, great complex.

Condo was nice, there was little to no storage for clothing provided. A week without a dryer with six people at the beach is a major inconvenience. The suggestion to go to a laundromat 3 miles away was unreasonable while time is limited on a vacation. We had to buy hangers and drip dry all our things. Our conditions as far as weather and surf was disappointing but out of our control.

We enjoyed our 2 month stay at Azure 607. The weather was good and our condo very comfortable and family friendly. We certainly enjoyed the balcony and viewing the beach and gulf, as well as beautiful sunsets each evening. We have a few suggestions: cleaning supplies could be better, such as a swifter to clean floors. Clothes dryer needs updating and several light bulbs need to be replaced, as well as closet doors need to be adjusted.

Comforts of home but a better view!

We had a great time at your place! The condo itself is very comfortable and large enough for our 8 family members. The best part is the comfortable furniture on the patio with the magnificent view of the ocean and beach below! We sat out there at all times of the day and night... So peaceful! We were in walking distance (by beach or by road) to shopping, entertainment and food. By car, there are lots of neat attractions in the Ft. Walton/Destin area too. Going with a large group of people pretty much allows something for everyone's idea of fun. And, it was convienient for a car not be needed to get to everything. Thanks for the memorable vacation and can't wait to get back there!

Excellent condo!

We came to Destin with another family. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and this condo was plenty of space for everyone. It is updated with a great view. The owner was super nice and easy to work with. It is located on Ft. Walton Beach but is just over the bridge from Destin. Beach was not overly crowded. There is a good restaurant right across the street with a few more right around the corner. We walked on the beach to dinner a couple nights. Ft. Walton is pretty quiet but we went into Destin many nights. Tons of great restaurants around. We would definitely come back. This was our first visit to Destin but we are already ready to plan our trip for next summer! I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place on the beach in Ft. Walton.

Would stay here again, but…

the mattresses! I know everyone has a different firmness preference, but these mattresses were too firm for our whole family. Pros: love the 6th floor view decorated very nicely communication with the owner was good (we had a sink not draining, and he had a maintenance guy there within a few hours) had all of the amenities you could think Overall was clean Cons: having something other than a broom and dustpan would be helpful to stay on top of the sand that gets brought in, there were a few minor things housekeeping missed prior to our arrival. I made the owner aware so they would know what to be aware of in the future, but wasn’t a deal breaker. Honestly, one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in at the Azure building.

Great trip, Great condo!

We loved the condo, pools, beach area and location. The condo was very nice with plenty of space and great beds. I really only have two complaints, the TV in the main master bedroom is at dresser level which makes it a little uncomfortable watching in bed. It would be nice if it was higher up on the wall but not a deal breaker for sure. The appliances in the kitchen are very very nice with the exception of the plain very basic coffeemaker. These would not have any effect on us staying in this condo again because it was really great and we would love to go back to stay there again very soon. Rick was also so easy to work with. Book it! You won't be sorry.

Great property!

Our stay was wonderful. Rick communicated very quickly when I emailed him. The location and ease of the property was great! With the building being 6 floors, the elevator wait was never long and there was another elevator down the hall we used often. I gave the cleanliness only 4 stars because when we came in there was more sand than I would have expected on the floors and rug in the living room for it just being cleaned. Our socks and slippers were black, so the floors were not cleaned very well. Also, bring your own over-the-door towel hooks because there was only 1 towel bar in the shared bathroom to share between 3 teenage boys. There was plenty of room for hooks or Command hooks to be installed. For a place to house up to 10 people, they will have some very wet towels with no place to hang them. Obviously that is an easy fix! Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Location and views are spectacular

On day 1, check in for the property is not in the lobby of the building, but in another building down the street. There is only one lady answering the phone and handing out packets/key codes/parking passes, so she can't and doesn't answer the phone. Of course the ladies in the Azure building can't help as they "didn't rent that unit." Upon entry into the unit, at first glance, everything was clean except the floor. The floor felt like the beach as the sand was piled up and the maids hadn't cleaned the floors at all. On day 2, my daughter wanted to bake a cake but the mixer was broken. Knobs are missing off of the night stand and the master bathroom door hinge isn't attached. On day 3, our front door key code stopped working so we were locked out until we could get in touch with someone to reprogram the key code. Days 4-7 were smoother and we were able to enjoy the beach and pool. The master Tempurpedic bed was nice and comfy.

Great view but could stand some maintenance

We booked this unit based on the fact that it had 2 King beds, the capacity to sleep 4 kids in the bunk room and no carpet. The sleeping arrangements are good, however, both King mattresses need to be replaced. They are extremely thin and uncomfortable. In addition, I would recommend the dryer be replaced. We had to dry each load of clothes 3 times to get them "mostly" dry. A service call was placed at the beginning of the week and mid week a maintenance man came and cleared the vent, sucking out several gallons of water. This helped, but did not cure the problem. I would also recommend the settings on the main TV be checked. Each attempt at turning on the TV was met with frustration as we tried to figure out how to get it on the correct setting. The condo offered a wonderful view of the ocean and could have been enjoyed moreso with bar height patio furniture. Overall, this unit provided the basic necessities for an enjoyable week, however, we have found better accommodations at a cheaper rate at Azure.
