This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features in vacation rental include a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop stove, and oven. You will also have all of the cooking utensils needed to cook and prepare meals. In the family oriented dining area there is a dining table that will seat 6 and if that isn't enough there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Right on the beach with beautiful view of the gulf. Stayed 4 nights for Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook with, rooms were clean. we would stay here again

Good place to stay!

Perfect place for my sister and I to have a little get away. Short, easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice and never crowded. View from the master on the fifth floor was absolutely amazing! Unit was a little older and could use some touch ups on wood trim and in the bathrooms, but kitchen was nicely updated and very well stocked with plates, untensils, cups, glasses, and cookware!

Spring Break

We spent 5 days at the beautiful beach! The view was absolutely perfect! The condo did have a couple issues, the master bath seemed to not have hot water, the toilets leaked and then overflowed all which was taken care of promptly by management. The unit could use some updating but overall we would stay again.

Nice place!

Overall nice place. The only issues we had during our trip was some of the wall outlets didn't work. And the coffee maker stopped working one day. Just small issues. Overall really nice.

Emerald Coast beach stay

Roominess, with two large king bedrooms and a small bunk bedroom is a positive for this unit. The living area is adequate for large family as well. Watching dolphins, osprey in the mornings from the balcony was exotic for us. Pelican and other birds were plentiful. A walk on the beach each morning was pleasant as well. We did get sand in our shoes 🙂. The clear water was beautiful. Vacasa promptly responded and fixed a minor problem. The washer and dryer made laundry day easy and with grocery delivery we hardly had to leave the condo.

Beautiful view

The view was beautiful for this home and it was clean when we arrived. The patio door from the living room was nearly impossible to open, but maintenance did say that it takes a while to get someone to fix those. They were aware of it, but I wish they had made us aware of it as well before our arrival. There were plenty of dishes for the entire family, so that was nice. The pool was a bit small considering the amount of rentals in the facility. The wifi hardly worked for us, and we have kids that love technology. The walk to the beach was great. Would be a nice place for a couple that wants to unplug and enjoy the beach, but a bit cramped for 7/8 people.

I’ve had better

Black mold around vents. Pretty much unacceptable as far as that goes. Hole in the ceiling of the bathroom, looks like water damage. The rest was fine, but nothing that I would come back to due to the other issues I mentioned. One staying in our group who has bad asthma wasn’t feeling the best halfway through our stay which is when we noticed that there was mold around the vents in every room.

Family getaway

The condo was very dirty . There was food smeared on the outside of the fridge . Dishwasher leaked water all over the floor . The master bath tub wouldn’t drain . When taking shower you stood in water to your ankles. The person who should have cleaned the tub should have taken care of the drain before we arrived. This is our second visit to Fort Walton beach this summer and we have came every summer for over 30 years and have never had a condo experience like we did this time . My son in law was sick the second day after arriving from all the dust in the condo. I sure hope this issue is addressed.

We stayed at Gulf Dunes W513 with a group of 6 adults and 1 child. We were not very happy with the accommodations. There were holes in the ceiling, and the master bedroom door did not lock. There were 2 sliding glass doors and neither one of them locked. (This made me very nervous, considering we had a child with us) The AC vents in the kitchen dripped, leaving puddles on the floor and kitchen counter. The tub stopper in the master bathroom didn’t work, so the water didn’t drain while taking a shower. The sofa bed was not fit for 2 adults. It was falling apart. Even my child was scared to sleep on it. (I had to buy an air mattress).

WHOLE CONDO NEEDS UPDATING

For the price we payed the amenities were terrible at the condo. The outside furniture was old and uncomfortable, high wooden chairs only, no cushions. No comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The second bathroom had holes in the ceiling and the shower was clogged the whole time. The toilet kept running all the time , we had to close it at night to be able to sleep. The decor was very old, probably 25 years old. The condo definitely needs updating, specifically in the bathrooms. They are extremely old and the tubs and toilets had old stains . It’s not inviting at all. The ice maker is not making ice fast enough. We will never be returning to this specific condo.

Disappointed

Location was nice and overall size was nice. When we first arrived we couldn’t get in because the code that was sent didn’t work. So we had to get a hold of someone and they provided a different code. Then once we were inside we couldn’t hook up to WI-FI, I had to troubleshoot the cords that that the router hooked up to. Finally got that straightened out. Nearly all the wall hangings in the unit were hanging crooked. There was standing water on the balcony and one third of it looked dirty. Then the next morning we got up to make coffee and the coffee maker didn’t work! When we plugged in the master bedroom lamps one of the lamps would flicker, you had to jiggle the cord. Then we turned on master bedroom tv and it said no signal! Had to troubleshoot again. Finally got that going. Balcony furniture needs a major upgrade! Some of it made out of two by fours. And finally, a couple days before the end of our stay, water started dripping from the sealing creating a hole in the ceiling dripping water over the toilet in bathroom #2. In my opinion, this unit needs an electrical upgrade and balcony furniture upgrade. When you pay nearly $5,000 for a week stay you shouldn’t encounter those issues! I wouldn’t rent this unit again. The unit next door occupied by other family members was much nicer.

Wedding on the beach stay!

Our son was getting married on the beach, and so we had 5 different locations for our families. Our condo was by far the best. Lots of natural sunlight, very clean and spacious. Waking up to the beautiful sight and sound of the ocean was amazing. Also, it was great that Vacasa checked in with us frequently to be sure everything was satisfactory. I felt as though Vacasa was hosting my stay daily, which I appreciated. We had rough weather, so it was nice to have no issues with our stay. Great condo and Vacasa is the way to vacay!!

Labor Day 2022

The property is nice but older. We were disappointed with the hall bathroom. There was no mirror and a hole in the ceiling. The freezer was also an issue. Someone did ask if we wanted maintenance to come but by then we were leaving the next day. The bathroom mirror missing was not good. Also, it rained pretty hard and the balcony kept water on it. This could be dangerous especially with young children.
