Herons Crossing - Resort Villas at Lost Key is professionally managed by Vacasa. Herons Crossing is a gorgeously-decorated four-bedroom, four-bath private villa located half a mile from the Gulf of Mexico in a tranquil park-like setting punctuated with luxurious appointments. This home is also less than 13 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels! With a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, another king bed in the second primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in a downstairs guest bedroom, as well as two twin-size bunk beds in the additional guest bedroom, this exquisite villa accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a dual walk-in shower making it super convenient to get clean when you arrive back from the beach. This retreat also comes with complimentary beach service for four, so no worries about lugging your chairs to the beach under the hot sun.
Herons Crossing has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated by detail-oriented owners with an eye for comfort and function. Upon entering the Villa from the second-floor entrance, you will find the open-concept living and dining rooms and a fully-stocked chef’s kitchen. With high-end stainless-steel appliances, plenty of storage space, a huge pantry and ample cookware, dinnerware and utensils, you may be tempted to cook more often, despite temptations from nearby restaurants. The beautifully-decorated dining room makes even casual meals special. The open-concept living area features comfortable coastal décor and a 65-inch Roku-enabled television and DVD player so you can cozy up to loved ones for a movie night at home. The living room opens to a private covered lounging deck perfect for sipping morning coffee, watching bald eagles, ospreys, and herons fly by, or relaxing in the evenings with a cocktail. Rounding out this floor is a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower over the tub.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell camera to record audio and video of the front door, porch, and driveway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
