Serene setting and lovely conversation
We enjoyed our stay and loved learning the history of the property. We had a delicious breakfast cooked right next to us while having lovely conversation with our hosts. We had a beautiful room and the location was only 10-15 minutes from Pigeon Forge attractions. Beautiful property and wonderful hospitality!

Why they chose this property

House built in 1884 and sits on 11 beautiful acres at the base of Shields Mtn. One of the first resorts in Sevier County in 1884, people would stay in cabins on the property and reap the benefits of natural springs and cooler summers in this valley. Large cantilever barn is now believed to be the oldest private cantilever barn in Tennessee. Lone Branch Creek winds through the property and fishing on the pond is permitted (catch and release). Have a seat in one of our rockers on the wrap-around porch and stroll the property with beautiful flowers and trees
