This flat is located on the 14th floor with lift in one of the two highest buildings in Toulon, facing the Toulon harbour, the city and the surrounding mountains.
// The area //
The commercial port is located between the city centre and the beaches. This area is very pleasant and very practical. Very lively on the evenings of the RCT rugby matches around the stadium which is just a stone's throw away. The city centre and the beaches are accessible on foot in 10 minutes. The location is ideal.
// Amenities //
Numerous amenities nearby: supermarket, press, tobacconist, shops, banks, bakeries, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, snack bars, hairdresser, butcher's shop, Mourillon Provençal market (every morning except Monday), shopping centre, disco, port, Port Marchand swimming pool... There is an embarrassment of riches to choose from and everything is accessible on foot. You can go to Corsica and Porquerolles by boat.
Night markets and entertainment on the Mourillon beaches during the summer.

PARKING AND TRANSPORT
1 private outdoor parking space at the foot of the building.
A large free public car park adjacent to the building will allow you to find spaces easily, as well as free spaces around the building.
Bus line 23, which serves the Port Marchand stop located 240 metres away, goes from Hyères to Toulon station. Also 240 metres away, line 3 passes by the Masséna stop and links the Mourillon beaches to the western part of Toulon, also passing by the station. Finally, at the same stop, line 31 takes you to the Avenue 83 shopping area via the Sainte Musse hospital.
Also, in the port of Toulon, there are boat lines that take you to Les Sablettes, La Seyne-sur-mer, St Mandrier and, in season, Porquerolles.
Finally, 750m away are the ferry departures to Corsica and in season to Sardinia, Sicily and Majorca.

Nice an spacious apartment near the beach
Nice and very spacious apartment in Toulon at walking distance to an public beach with bars and restaurants. Clean, modern and completely updated apartment. The only thing was that the air-condition in the bedrooms didn’t function correctly and had to be restarted/rebooted every time. Good be solved very easily!
