About this property
La Pigouille - House 6 pers. - HEATED POOL
Very pleasant holiday home located 600 m from the sea, in a quiet co-ownership with large green spaces, heated pool from 15 June to 15 September, 6 tennis courts, 2 ping-pong tables, petanque courts.
Parking spaces on site.
Located 15 minutes walk from the Parée Beach (supervised), you will also have in the co-ownership a small shopping centre, a bakery, a butcher-delicatessen-caterer, a crêperie and fast food.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, both located upstairs, one with twin beds (2x80x200) and another with two bunk beds 2x90x190.
You will also have a trundle bed in the living room on the ground floor (2x90x190)
The house consists of a living room-lounge, a well-equipped kitchen (combined microwave oven, vitroceramic hobs, Senseo coffee maker (filter and pods), dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, toaster).
TV in the living room
A bathroom with an Italian shower, hairdryer and towel dryer.
Separate WC
A terrace with all garden furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers, parasol, electric plancha)
Private parking in front of the house
The cycle path (Vendée littoral) is 600m away.
20 km from Les Sables d'Olonne and 10 km from St Gilles Croix de Vie.
Bed and toilet linen are not provided but can be rented to you by Martine who will welcome you.
Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay
Animals are accepted except cats (allergy problem)

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour aux Fermes marines.
Ce n'est pas la première que nous venons mais c'est la première que nous avons une maison aussi bien équipée, comme si nous étions chez nous.
À proximité de tout, avec piscine, nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour en famille.
Puy du fou, Chateau des aventuriers, Ogliss park, la plage, les marchés, Saint-gilles... Génial !

Petit séjour en famille
Très bon séjour, la maison est très propre, très fonctionnelle et confortable . Le tout décoré avec soin, il ne manque rien. La literie est très confortable. Martine, qui nous a accueilli pour l'état des lieux, est très gentille.

Appréciation de la location
Location en parfait état de propreté et conforme à la description le seul hic c'est la plage qui est loin et qui n'est pas top.
Pour la location pensez à un égouttoir pour les pâtes et des coquetiers pour les oeufs.
