Very nice holiday home located 600 m from the sea, in a quiet condominium with large green areas, heated swimming pool from June 15 to September 15, 6 tennis courts, 2 ping-pong tables, petanque courts.
Parking spaces on site.
Located 15 minutes walk from the Parée Beach (supervised), you will also have in the condominium a small shopping center, a bakery, a butcher-butcher-caterer, a creperie and a fast food.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, both are upstairs, one with twin beds (2x80x200) and another with two bunk beds 2x90x190.
You will also have a trundle bed in the living room on the ground floor (2x90x190)
The house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen (combined microwave, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker (filter and sachets), kettle, washing machine, small fridge, toaster).

Petit séjour en famille

Très bon séjour, la maison est très propre, très fonctionnelle et confortable . Le tout décoré avec soin, il ne manque rien. La literie est très confortable. Martine, qui nous a accueilli pour l'état des lieux, est très gentille.

Location en parfait état de propreté et conforme à la description le seul hic c'est la plage qui est loin et qui n'est pas top. Pour la location pensez à un égouttoir pour les pâtes et des coquetiers pour les oeufs.
