L'ARGENTIERE - T2 cabin for 6 people with park view

Close to the beach of Argentière in La Londe Les Maures in the Var, we will welcome you for a pleasant family stay.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms (T2 cabin) of 33m2 + 6m2 of terrace, in the residences by the sea very well equipped with great comfort.
Tranquillity, rest for your stay in La Londe: the beach and the Miramar port are within walking distance.

Renovated, very well appointed, with beautiful sunshine, it can accommodate 4 people ideally (up to 6 if minimum 2 children).

DESCRIPTION:
1 bedroom with a double bed (new bed base 02/24), a 2nd sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (new mattresses 01/25),
and possibility to use the BZ sofa bed (replaced in February 2024) in the living room...
A fully renovated, fully equipped kitchen area.
A living room opening onto a balcony converted into a dining area.
Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer.
Separate toilet.

GREAT COMFORT:
2 flat-screen TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, complete small appliances (toaster, 2 coffee makers (NESPRESSO and filters), electric kettle, bagless vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board), crockery and cutlery, washing machine in the bathroom.
New mosquito nets and 3 new fans (July 2023).
The apartment was completely repainted in December 2023.

Free outdoor parking with barrier.

Linen and towels are not provided.

A wonderful stay

We passed a wonderful vacation in the appartement. It is functionally equipped and is located within walking distance to the beach. A small grocery store as well as a few Restaurants are close-by. I would recommend the apt for up to 4 people. We were 6 so my wife and I had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our Star

Appartement tres agreable et bien equipe, environnement calme. Pres de la plage et du port.Petits commerces tres proche(superette et boulangerie) tres pratique. Seul petit bemol quand il fait tres chaud, n etant pas climatise un deuxieme petit ventilateur serait preferable .
