We very much enjoyed our stay in Cancale and enjoyed the proximity to local bakers, supermarket, restaurants and the sea all within easy walking distance. The area is very quiet and we made good use of the outside space both in front and behind the property - morning sun at the front and a very large west facing back patio. The owner was very helpful and quickly remedied a problem we had with the fridge not working properly. Previous reviews mention a problem with the wifi but we found it very good. I would recommend a stay in this property.
Eerst even de minpunten: slechte wifi (maar daar zou aan gewerkt worden) en slechte matrassen (moet nodig iets aan gedaan worden). Het geheel is ouderwets maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt.
En dan nu de pluspunten: Heel ruim met 2 badkamers en 2 slaapkamers. Een super leuk terras om van de avondzon te genieten. Een hele vriendelijke gastheer met de nodige informatie over de streek. Een eigen garage en een oprit waar je gemakkelijk een grote wagen kwijt kan. En dan het grootste pluspunt: de ligging. In een doodlopende straat (dus heel rustig slapen) op 1 km stappen van het mondaine centrum met talrijke restaurantjes, bars en winkels. Een ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen!
