Welcome to our charming, fully renovated 25 m² studio, officially rated 3 stars and ideally located in Rochefort’s most beautiful area. With its well-defined living areas, our studio offers all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay for up to 4 people.

The modern, bright interior features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave with grill, Nespresso machine, toaster, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and modern, colourful tableware. You’ll also enjoy a large-screen TV with Netflix access and ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre). The sleeping area features a 160-size double bed of hotel quality with an extra-thick mattress for your utmost comfort, and the inviting bathroom lets you unwind in its large walk-in shower.
We also provide all linens: sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels.

A rare find in the city centre, you’ll enjoy a fully fenced outdoor courtyard with no neighbouring buildings in sight, equipped with patio furniture so you can enjoy your meals or simply a quick coffee while taking in the exceptional weather of our beautiful Charente-Maritime department.

Our studio is located just 200 metres from the marina and the famous Corderie Royale, and a stone’s throw from the Rochefort Arsenal des Mers facilities. The thermal baths are also nearby, just a 2-minute walk away, and the SNCF train station is within easy reach (just 800 metres away). You’ll find a lively market (one of the most beautiful markets in France—a must-see), shops, and public transport all within easy reach of the building. Furthermore, Rochefort’s central location allows you to easily visit many points of interest in less than 30 minutes by car, such as La Rochelle, Île d’Oléron, Île Madame, Île d’Aix, Royan, and the beaches of Saint-Palais, as well as the beautiful town of Saintes...

Appartement très joli et très propre . Idéal pour 2 personnes ( éventuellement 2 petits enfants ). Très bien situé , 2 mns à pied du port de plaisance et 7 mns du centre ville . Propriétaires très sympas. Si nouveau passage à Rochefort , à relouer sans hésitation . Prop

Très beau studio, très propre

Mais, il manque la climatisation, surtout l'été, car impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres avec le bruit de la rue (artère principale donc passage voiture et camion très tôt jusqu'à très tard) et le ventilateur ne suffit pas. Sinon, le lit est hyper confortable en très grande taille. Très proche de la Corderie Royale, du Musée et de la Fabrique. Nous y avons appris beaucoup sur la construction navale et les cordages pour les navires. Très bon repas au resto de la Corderie. Globalement, séjour très culturel dans un environnement très agréable. A refaire.

Avis sur le logement

Le logement est vraiment très petit pour 4 personnes et le canapé lit est très inconfortable, le mieux est de mettre le matelas à même le sol pour dormir. Bien que le logement soit bien situé près du centre, parking gratuit, il est dans une rue très passagère, donc beaucoup de bruit, difficile pour se reposer. Toutefois, il est joliment décoré et très propre, de ne pas avoir à apporter, draps, torchons, serviettes de toilettes est très appréciable. Merci pour les documents mis à disposition pour les visites qui nous ont été très utiles.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, dans un studio tout mimi refait à neuf. Laure nous accueille très bien. Merci pour tous les petits plus😊. Rochefort est une belle ville chargée d'histoire et stratégique pour visiter les îles et territoires voisins. Très agréable, A refaire!
