**Please read 'Other Things to Note' in listing** Capture the tranquility and beauty of the Garden Isle from this charming, centrally located condotel unit at the Kauai Beach Resort. From your private lanai, take in Kauai's lush landscape and majestic mountain views, while enjoying the island's tropical trade winds. With direct beach access from the resort, you are only minutes away from exploring three miles of white sandy beach along Kauai's longest shoreline. What are you waiting for? Adventure awaits!

About the Space:
The unit features a king size bed, chaise lounge, private lanai, air conditioning, work desk area, cable TV, mini fridge, in-room safe, and Keurig coffee maker for you to use and enjoy daily. There is a PlayStation 2 system set up to watch movies, along with a variety of DVD's to choose from. Two Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie board are also provided for you to use. I just kindly ask that you clean the items clean after using. Free wi-fi is accessible in room and throughout the resort.

This unit is located in the main building, with easy access to pool area, elevators, parking lot and on-site restaurants.

Guest Access:
The Kauai Beach Resort is a 4-star, 25-acre beachfront resort that features 2 dining restaurants, a poolside bar, and a full service lounge with live entertainment. There are 4 swimming pools, including a kid-friendly pool with sandy bottom, a 75-foot lava tube water slide, as well as 2 whirlpool spas! Other amenities on-site include a 24/7 fitness center (accessible with room key), European spa and salon, coin-operated laundry room, and business center with computer access.

Things to Note:
-Hawaii tax of 14.962% (10.25% Transient Accommodations Tax+4.5% General Excise tax) included in daily rate. All hotels in Hawaii will add this tax to your reservation.
-Check-in 4:00PM at Front Desk in Lobby
-Check-out 11:00AM
-Cleaning Fee covers your Daily Resort Fee for entire stay, allowing all members of your party to use hotel amenities, as well as covers the cost of cleaning the unit after check-out.
-No daily maid service
-Mid-stay cleaning available and can be arranged for a fee (includes cleaning, trash service, replenishing towels and amenities). Please message me for details and to schedule.
-Parking fee is $40/night plus tax paid directly to resort
-Car rental available through Front Desk
-No Airport Shuttle Service
-No Pets Allowed
-No Smoking (in room or on balcony). Designated smoking areas located on-site.

The resort property is beautiful with a very nice pool area. We didn't realized (didn't read the fine print apparantly) that this was basically a hotel room without the maid service. BUT, we would recommend this property and stay here again if/when we come back to Kauai.

The room had a view towards the mountain and the road leading to the lobby entrance. There were four pools that we enjoyed tremendously, each is set at a different temperature that was incrementally warmer. So everyone can enjoy the perfect one matching their personal preference and/or the outside temperature. The pool slide was terrific. The landscaping was impeccably well kept. We loved our stay at the resort.

The property (a hotel like room) is at a resort they are currently refurbishing, though they are doing a good job of isolating the construction from view. All of the resort facilities are still available. We enjoyed the pools (plural), the on-site restaurant and sunrise yoga on the beach. We even indulged in the little water slide. Our host was responsive to our requests to resupply a few things, though I feel low supply of these items could have been identified before our arrival.
