- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

Map
Marina Del Rey, which borders Venice, is ideal for a family or a group of friends getting together. The neighborhood offers many options for everyone. If you walk to the beach and hang a right (north)... you are in the heart of the closely-knit beach community of Venice! There are lots of bike and surfboard rentals, delicious restaurants, nightlife, shopping, a local spa, juice bar and coffee houses.
Getting around
The infamous Venice Beach is just a short walk north on Ocean Front Walk. The sidewalk is packed with street performers, souvenir shops, food & drink, shopping & unsurpassed people-watching. Stroll in the opposite direction of the ocean (east) and you will find yourself in the Canals of Venice, which provide walking paths lined with beautiful homes, nostalgic scenery, and fantastic bird-watching. Cross Washington Boulevard and you are back in Venice at the border of Marina Del Rey, but this time you are on the Marina Side full of parks, boat rentals, restaurants, and of course, boats... from Gondolas to multi-million dollar yachts.
