The Watavue Main House and Watavue Guest Cottage are connected by a deck with a hot tub, gas BBQ, gas firepit, and warm water outdoor shower, plus DirecTV and WiFi. Wecoma Creekside is a few steps away next door (connected to Watavue by a large grassy backyard) and can be rented along with Watavue for larger groups. You will have full use of three beach house buildings, including the Watavue Main House, the Watavue Guest Cottage, and the Wecoma Creekside Beach House, nestled together on the beachfront road with ocean views directly across from a gently sloping beach with access to seven miles of sandy shoreline. You will be located just fifty feet from the Wecoma Beach access with a gently sloping walk down to seven miles of pristine sand. Additionally, this home is close to Roads End, a popular surfing area, Cascade Head for hiking, Devils Lake for boating activities, golf courses, excellent restaurants, beautiful galleries, and more! Plus, the Lincoln City Outlets are just under three miles from your front door for a day of shopping at familiar shops!

The Watavue Main House offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and library. Enjoy a cozy stay at the beach with gas fireplaces in the library and 'Moon Room' bedroom, plus a cast iron/soapstone 'heat sink' wood stove in the living room. The Watavue Guest Cottage offers one bedroom, a sleeping loft, one bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice vacation house…back in the day

In its day, we thought this was probably a nice vacation beach house. But compared to another Vacasa property we’ve stayed at, it was just ok. For our stay we had eight people, no children. The house is in a great location with a view of the waves, a spacious backyard, lots of windows letting in bright daylight, plenty of towels, pots and pans, utensils, and nice amenities like a heated towel rack, rain shower heads and rooms that warm up quickly… AND as long as you don’t mind an oven with duct tape to hold the door from dropping on the floor, a hot tub that never worked the entire 8 nights we were there (even after a repair guy came out), ants in the kitchen and back bedroom, a dishwasher’s bottom rack which has a few broken parts, an ice maker bin that’ll fall out if not careful, moldy food from a previous guest left in a rusty edged fridge and metal, difficult to open and close dresser drawers and dirty bedroom floors. Overall, okay house, poor upkeep and housekeeping.

High expectations, Poor result.

Wonderful location. Hot tub does not work. Sugar ants are everywhere. Washer is temperamental. I was informed about the nonworking oven before check-in, not a problem. However I was not informed about the hot tub. I spent quite a chunk of time trying to let vacasa and the property owner that there was a problem. The hot tub was the 2nd meal st important amenity for this stay. We stayed 4 days. The repair Technician came out the afternoon of the 3rd day. He advised that the heater is bad and it will take several days for parts and repair. I want a partial refund.

Great place

We ended up not having as many people as we thought but this is a great place if you want lots of beds. There is even a separate little apartment with more beds. Worked great for what we wanted it for! And it has easy beach access which is also great!
