B By the Sea! Stunning home in Olivia Beach with ocean views from 3 levels!

B By the Sea was completed during Summer 2016, and is now available for your coastal get-a-ways! This spacious and beautiful home has gorgeous ocean views from all three levels. This home was designed with a reverse living floor plan, to maximize the views from the top floor living space, where you'll find the kitchen & living room. When you enter the home, you will find a media room perfect for the kids and adults! There is a flat screen cable tv/dvd, gas fireplace, sofa bed, play area for the kids, bar with access to the wrap around porch and hot tub. Also on this floor, is a guest room with a king bed (brand new mattresses throughout home...super comfortable!), full bath, and laundry room. On the middle level, you will find three bedrooms and two full baths. The Bunk Room has two twin beds and a ful/queenl bed. The kids love this room! The Guest Room has a king bed, flat screen tv, and French doors leading out to the wrap around deck, complete with rocking chairs for taking in the sun and views. The Master bedroom also has a king bed and French doors leading out to the wrap around deck, and full bath. The top floor offers beautiful views, an open kitchen/dining area with table and island seating, living room, and powder room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals. The living room has a flat screen Roku tv with dvd player, and gas fireplace. The top deck has a grill, table and chairs, and beautiful sunset views!
Outside, you will find a fire pit and garage with roof top deck, also with ocean views. Olivia Beach currently has two parks. The lower park is just a few minutes walk away from the house. This park has a sand volleyball court, playground, grass area with picnic tables, and fire pit. The second park has just recently opened and is right across the street from our home! This park offers a small grass area & play structure. There will also be a fire pit, but it is not ready just yet. There is also beach access which leads to beautiful tidal pools filled with marine life! Olivia Beach also offers a swimming pool, which is open during summer months. There is a small gym which is available year round. Our family has done our best to think of everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing trip to the Oregon Coast!
Check out the town of Lincoln City, shop the outlets (about a three minute drive from the house), golf/spa at Salishan, hit the casinos, so much to see and do!
*Please note that Olivia Beach is adding to the community and there is currently construction happening in the area.

Stunning family gathering

In a wonderful location, views of the water from every deck, house is clean, well stocked kitchen items, cleaning supplies and bathroom supplies. Grill and hot tub were nice pluses. I will recommend to anyone to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views, great location, clean house, comfortable beds, and nice and helpful host. The kids loved having the play structure across the street and the use of the outdoor pool.

A perfect beach getaway!

A great beach getaway for friends and family

Our group greatly enjoyed our stay at B By the Sea. The house was a great fit for a multi-family getaway with the layout and 3 king beds. The view was also amazing! Karen provided great communication throughout our stay. Our only disappointment was the BBQ was out of propane, however, we were easily able to work around this. This is a great place to stay for a beach getaway for bigger families or a larger group.

This house is spectacular. Breathtaking ocean views, a playground across the street, a hot tub, a well-stocked kitchen, a fire pit, TVs, and huge decks on every floor - we had such a memorable trip with two other families. The house is clean and communication with the owner was great. The beach was a little too far to walk with young kids and all our stuff, but there was a more accessible beach a short drive away. We we loved the neighborhood and wish we had more time to take advantage of the pool. There is even a trail through a beautiful forest a few steps away from the house. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful beach house

Thank you for a wonderful stay. So much fun we stayed here two summers in a row! A group of 4 little families. The toddlers love the driveway area for riding bikes, the games and toys downstairs, the short walk to the park, the awesome beach access just a couple minutes drive away. The house has everything you need, really appreciate the bench full of beach towels for use at the heated community pool. Hot tub was clean. The neighborhood is so clean and feels safe. Overall would highly recommend staying here. Karen was a great host and even let us have an early check-in. :)

Amazing Views

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at this property. The weather was near perfect, we enjoyed the great views from all three decks and even caught a few whales near the shoreline. The property was clean and well stocked for visitors. The owner communicated very well before and during the stay. We will definitely be returning to this hike and highly recommend for others. We did have one minor issue with the hot tub on our stay. In the welcome book at the house there is a warning of a hit vent that is above the hot tub. Unfortunately two children sustained burns from the heat vent. If you use the hot tub be prepared to have someone to remind children and adults if the hot vent and/or choose not to use the gas fireplace downstairs that vents to that exhaust.

Delightful getaway with views

We took a quick getaway to the coast and got to stay in this lovely property. We enjoyed all our time there and will be looking to return to this home again in the future. Great views- we got a clear sunset one night! Beautiful decor, very clean and well kept up. Loved the close proximity to the playground and getting to have a hot tub on-site. It’s a bit of walk (for kids) to get to the beach access stairs, but we knew that ahead of time. Loved have access to Olivia Beach neighborhood amenities (pools, parks). Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and dishes. We also appreciated little touches like having shampoo and soap in showers provided (we’ve learned not all owners provide such things.) Owner was lovely to work with and helpful. As noted by others and clearly stated in listing, it is a tri-level home so lots of walking up and down stairs but not an issue for us. Highly recommend “B by the Sea”!

Our group of three families enjoyed this well appointed and well kept home. Space and bathrooms for everyone; and beautiful views all around. Short drives to a couple of beach access points were easy to manage. The beach was spectacular if a little foggy.

My husband and I moved to the Portland area in 1999. One of our favorite things to do while here, was to visit the Oregon Coast. We moved out of state, and then in 2014 we moved back to Oregon. We were so excited to have access to the beautiful coast line again. In 2016, we decided to build a home for our family to enjoy in the charming community of Olivia Beach.
