Building located in a tourist complex situated in a beautiful location at 200 meters alt. above sea level, 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Palinuro (Arco Naturale and Marinella beach) and Marina di Camerota (beach of the Cyclops). Just 2 km from the railway station of Centola and 1.5 km from the medieval town of San Severino.
The apartment consists of two rooms on two levels, connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor of 25 square meters, has a kitchenette and a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe. The upper floor (30 sqm) one bedroom and a bathroom with all the toilets and conveniently separated. The rooms are air conditioned.
The property has a pool of 240 square meters, a restaurant, free parking, you can arrange tours and purchase agricultural products, cheese, salami and olive oil produced on site or in the immediate vicinity. For guests, a forest of about 20. 000 square meters, ideal for hiking, meditation, etc.
Points of interest in the vicinity: Agropoli, Paestum, the Gulf of Policastro, Sapri, Maratea, Padula, all within easy reach for the immediate proximity of S. R. "Cilento".
