Located in Shelton, Washington this 5,000sf, 5-bedroom house offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. Extra parking across the road for big trailers used to haul race cars. Enjoy the lakefront access with a dock and bring your water toys or just come for a swim. The fishing here is notable for the great catches.
The downstairs level is a party room with a second kitchen(fully stocked) a pool table, TV, board games and seating for 20 people. If you pull out the folding tables and stored chairs you have room for 10 more, not counting the outdoor seating of 3 tables with 14 chairs plus loungers by the lake.
BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking. There are 3 refrigerators plus one full size freezer located throughout the property.
6 bedrooms offer a total of 3 king beds, 2 queens, and 2 twin beds, guests will have plenty of choices on where to sleep. 4 bathrooms are conveniently located; one on each floor, plus a powder on the main level. TVs are located all through out the home.
Enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and modern amenities. Wash your swimsuits in the oversize laundry room so you don't have to travel home with wet clothes. Every amenity is provided for your comfort, just bring groceries.
If you are interested in hosting an event or family reunion, we do offer this at an additional cost. The price listed is for a standard family vacation but this is the ultimate party house and we are able to accommodate larger groups for an additional fee.
