"InExcess" Aptly named Portofino 19th Story Luxury High-rise 2/2 Resort Condo

Aptly named "InExcess" because that is the way you will feel on the 19th floor out of 21 in this luxury 2 bedroom,2.5 bath luxury condo ! Sleeps 6 max located around Portofino Island resort on Pensacola beach. King bed in the main bedroom, a brand new bunk bed with a full size ,twin on the top and a trundle in the second bedroom. This condo sleeps 6 MAX including kids !!

This particular condo is facing direct east with both views of the sound to your left as well as the Gulf of Mexico to your right and Navarre Beach dead center straight ahead . It is located across the street from the gulf of Mexico.

This is a Eastern facing condo rental 1903 located in tower 2 at Portofino resort on Pensacola Beach . This is a brand new rental as of the end of June 2020 and has no reviews but the other ones I manage in the same tower have have fabulous consistent some with over 100 plus 5 star reviews and in time this new condo too will have the stars next to its name and in this competitive biz ,in a sea of condos that says alot ! We work hard to get repeat and most importantly happy renters back !

Ok to get the business out of the way...YOU MUST BE 25 TO RENT AND STAYING ON PREMISE ! We do not advertise on Craigslist and lastly I highly suggest you buy travel insurance at the time you make a reservation in case you have to cancel and it's within the three weeks where it becomes nonrefundable of arrival or for calamity /hurricane etc....

We load up the units right with lots of extras like coffee ,laundry detergent ,cleaning materials, beach towels,etc little things that most vacation rentals simply don’t leave . We want you to bring yourself , your luggage 🧳 and not worry about the garbage bags ! This unit also has a electric grill on the balcony !This unit sleeps up to 6 people MAX two bedrooms ,one king bed in the master, one queen bed in the second bedroom and a double sleeper pull out sofa in the living room. 2 1/2 bath fully equipped equipped and stocked .You don’t need to bring much more than your luggage and yourself to feel like you are at home.

Portofino charges $80 to check in and $20 each additional day for their amenity fees . Anamenity fee simply goes to Portofino not to the owner and that covers your use of the resort facility pools ,Jacuzzis etc. some things are optional and extra you will have to ask the front desk of Portofino what those are but this covers the use of the indoor Olympic size pool ,outdoor pools, Jacuzzi ,fitness room.
