Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must clean up: clean dishes/pots empty all garbage empty the refrigerator on checkout leave all dirty linens/towels in the laundry room
Only guests confirmed at time of reservation are permitted to sleep over on premises. Additional guest fee of $30 ppn will be charged for extra guests
Please reduce noise by 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors PLEASE remember this is a home not a hotel, please respect my home and the house rules

Very nice house

Very nice property with modern amenities. We enjoyed our stay there. The only problem was with the WiFi connection initially it wasn’t working but after communicating this with the host it got resolved. Would definitely recommend.
