- Enjoy a blissful sunrise overlooking the river from the comfort of your primary bedroom and private balcony before heading down to the cozy sunroom, front deck or private pier to sip your morning coffee or tea
- Take a quiet moment and listen to the sound of the lapping waves and maybe do some yoga on the pier to start your day
- Go fishing off the pier and do some bird watching - you'll see ospreys, eagles and other birds roam throughout this National Bird Sanctuary
- Prepare a meal in your large, fully stocked eat-in gourmet kitchen with updated top-end appliances. Is outdoor cooking more your thing? Enjoy the Weber grill under the covered porch before playing games in the fenced/gated backyard.

- The large primary bedroom has a king bed, private front balcony overlooking the Potomac River and the best Sunrises
- The 2nd bedroom on the upper level is spacious with a Queen bed and desk for your convenience. Pack and Play for infants/toddlers available at no cost.
- Beautifully renovated Kitchen with quartz countertops, large island with seating area, gas cooktop range, Kitchen Aid mixer, microwave, wine rack, side by side refrigerator, double sinks, dishwasher and double ovens
- Two fire pits located in the front and back yard providing privacy and waterfront views; backyard includes a gas Weber grill under a covered porch area with a picnic area
