The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hope your stay is going well. Just a reminder to take trash down to street on Monday night if applicable. I do have to ask for a normal checkout at 11AM.
Please do the following prior to exit:
Strip all beds used and towels and start load of laundry-leave whatever else on floor of the laundry room.
Start dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes.
Raise the temp setting on the house AC up to 82 deg for energy savings.
Drop the temp on the hot tub controls to 82 deg.
Return any furniture and remotes to original locations.
And drive safely!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
