Contemporary single-story home on the outskirts of a village located along the Wine Route (5 km from Marlenheim) and 17 km from Strasbourg.

This new, detached house features a fenced-in garden of 180 m² and a wooden deck with a south-facing pergola. Garden furniture, including a dining table with chairs, comfortable lounge chairs, and sun loungers, is available for your use.

An ideal setting for relaxation, hiking (the chapel trail is accessible from the cottage), mountain biking on Marlenberg Hill, a bike path 3 km away, exploring the magnificent landscapes with their colourful houses and wine-growing villages, visiting Strasbourg (bus line), and enjoying the cuisine and specialities of our region.

The lodge features a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) that opens onto a living room with a 3.60-meter south-facing picture window leading out to the terrace, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 1.80–2.00 metres), Bedroom 2 (2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washer-dryer, electric heating, and pellet stove.
