Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach F204: You've found the perfect spot for your birding or beach vacation! This weekly rental is beautifully appointed and has everything to make your stay an absolute delight. The unit is a two-bedroom, two-story 2.5 bath townhouse condominium that overlooks the lush tropical grounds of one of Sanibel's most family-friendly destinations. The main level features the kitchen, living and dining room, a half-bath, laundry area, and screened lanai, while the primary and guest bedroom and baths are located upstairs on the second floor. A short stroll through Bowman's Beach Park or across our footbridge over Clam Bayou leads you to the most pristine and expansive stretch of beach on Sanibel. Shelling, fishing, swimming, and sunbathing abound! Unit F204 is 355 yards / 6-minute walk to the beach. Blind Pass features an outdoor heated pool, two tennis courts with pickleball court (paddles provided), a clubhouse with wi-fi, grills, complimentary kayaks, and covered parking.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath with a shower, and a screened lanai overlooking the grounds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom.

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, cabinetry with roll-out trays, and ample storage. All cooking utensils are provided for you. You just need to bring groceries! A pass-through bar from the kitchen opens up to the dining room, which seats 6 comfortably.

Dining and Living Room: The dining table easily seats six. The living room features carpeting throughout, a 42-inch flat-panel tv, queen sleeper sofa, and plantation shutters, along with terrific views of the grounds and tennis court area from the screened lanai.

Amazing place

Good family place, stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and sand toys and coolers. The kitchen has just about everything you could need. It’s close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We had a fun, comfortable stay and would stay there again!

Nice place, updates recommended

Local and property good but attention to detail lacks considerably. Ie not swept, carpets matted and worn, thick fan dust, mold in showers with poor shower heads and pressure, sink areas moldy with missing caulking, sand in corners entirely, master bed hard as a rock, guest beds with broken box spring slats etc. on the flip side AC works ok, kitchen well equipped, spacious, beach accessories a huge plus, lock on door was easy. Hospitality/guest experience or wow factor appears lacking in comparison to many of the other places we have stayed. Could be five star with some updates and attention to detail… this goes for the exterior/grounds/property itself as well.

July 2021 getaway

We had stayed at this condo facility once before and chose to stay here again for it's incredible Bowman's Beach location. Once again, the location did not disappoint. This condo unit is pretty spacious for a 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath. It's nice that it's a 2 story layout. There are 2 nice balconies which allow for a lot of light which is nice. Kitchen was large and had all the equipment needed. They provide a tiny dish soap, a couple of rolls of toilet paper, 2 boxes of Kleenex, 1 tiny box of Tide and some dishwasher soap. No kitchen pantry items provided except salt and pepper - so you do need to bring or buy everything if you plan to eat in. Beach umbrellas, chairs, towels and toys provided which was really nice. Overall the condo was fine. There were a couple of items that I was not pleased with: carpets looked pretty old, stained and dirty...I did not want to walk barefoot on them; outside lighting leading up the stairs to the condo were all burnt out and it was kind of dangerous. We had to report this to maintenance and they did respond to change the bulbs out. The keypad lock mechanism on the door was a little troublesome at times. Again, overall the condo was fine. We had a good time on this trip to Sanibel.
