Baseball and beachtime

We came to PCB for baseball tournament. This condo was perfect for us and our 12 and 14 year olds. Bunk room has a door, TV and its own bathroom. Plenty of extras for the beach too. Wonderful communication from the host.

May vacation

The condo was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable place. The 5th floor balcony provided perfect views. The property owner was great to deal with from start to finish. They communicated responses quickly when questions were asked and let me know they were available should I need anything. Loved the week we spent there and plan to visit again in the future.

Condo was clean and in order. Door lock worked as it should (very nice to have no keys to keep up with.) The kitchen needs towels and dishrags but we made do. We’ll be booking again next summer!

Great time for spring break!

We visited and stayed at this property during Spring Break. I wasn't quite sure what to expect because we were in Florida and on a beach for a family vacation during a college break. The condo was perfect and communicating with the owner was quick and efficient. Everything was as posted and the facilities were nice. Security was nice and checked to make sure the correct people were on the premises. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to renting from the owner in the future.

The condo was good, tv in living room didn’t work with cable and Netflix was super outdated. Not a huge deal but with small kids it’s nice to have. The majestic towers have great pools and awesome access to the beach but the parking situation is such a pain. We were there during bike week (for our kids sports event) and I will say it was LOUD. So loud all night that we couldn’t sleep until 4am. So street noise into the condo is intense as the master bedroom faces the street. Great location, good condo, don’t go during bike week 😂

We stayed two nights and if the space were big enough to accommodate the rest of my family that came in on Sunday, we’d have stayed. The owner of the property was very quick to respond to questions and personable. The condo itself was very clean and kept up with nice furnishings. I especially appreciated that they kept things in there that you just might need but forget… like salt and pepper shakers, sugar, etc. there were even floats, sand toys, and an umbrella. I thought those little personal things were so big. It felt like home. The only downs for me were that the elevators were slow and the parking was across the street which was a little inconvenient but not the worst. Me and my little family are looking forward to our next visit.

This spot was perfect for a little family get away!

The proximity to the beach was perfect. Took hardly any time to get up and down on the elevator. Really close to all the activities we wanted to get into. Plus my one year got to play in the ocean for the first time and had a blast. Solid trip. Will for sure come back.
