We sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered, particularly the missing toilet seat and the bedroom door that couldn’t be opened. We understand how inconvenient that must have been. These matters have since been fully addressed—repairs have been completed, and all listed amenities are now in proper working order. We also issued compensation at the time for the missing toilet seat as a gesture of goodwill, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
