overall, very good

reasonably clean, good location, although the view from the balcony (2nd floor) isn't great, trees and parking lot.... other units in the complex may have better views.... everything worked well except the dryer knob broke, fortunately, we didn't need it.... 4 pools, all looked great, we only used 2..... nice restaurant and bar at one of them....

Black mold. Do not recommend

This property presented well in VRBO. It looked upgraded and well taken care of - better than other units in Bahama Bay. Unfortunately, there was a scary amount of black mold in the ac unit. You could see it clearly around the vents. There was black on the ceiling surrounding the living room vent and the second bedroom vent was slightly off the wall and you could see the black inside the air vent. There was black on the bottom of our feet from the mold circulating in the unit. This unit should have never been rented as it created a health at risk. The ac unit needs to be replaced.
