The Space:

Welcome to our recently updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom third floor (no elevator) condo in the quiet, family friendly gated Bahama Bay Resort! Conveniently located near Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. This self catered condo is less than a 5 minute walk to the any of the *four* pools (with hot tubs), splash pad, tennis and basketball courts, and restaurant. This unit has everything you need... and NO resort fee!


The Space
It's just like being home... 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium with many upgrades! Brand new comfy mattresses with new sheets in each bedroom, new towels in the bathrooms, beautiful common areas, smart TV's (in each bedroom and the living room!), secure WIFI, a screened-in balcony off of the master suite and living room, parking spaces directly in front of the building, an upgraded kitchen, and two full bathrooms!
The Smart TV's all have Spectrum cable with a ton of channels!

There is a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Taking a work vacation? No problem! There is a desk in the living room to accommodate all your work needs!!
The fully stocked kitchen has a blender, toaster, can opener, pots and pans.
We now have a Keurig... Bring all your coffee supplies!!
If you are bringing your little ones we have a high chair, stroller, and pack n' play for you to use :)

The community is gated; a guard is on duty at all times! There is NO resort fee!!
The condo is located on the third floor (no elevator) and overlooks the pond behind the clubhouse. It does not have rear neighbors; more privacy!!


For any essentials there is a Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree, and Dollar General within walking distance. Also within walking distance are an IHop, Applebees, pizzeria, Wendy's, and a Chinese food restaurant. Coming soon are a Twistee Treat and Starbucks!

The Bahama Bay Resort is the perfect place for your special family vacation in Orlando. This spectacular first class resort with tropical island theme is located in the heart of Florida, only 10 minutes from Disney World, near Universal Studios and Sea World. The Bahama Bay Resort is set on the edge of a stunning Lake Davenport with its private sandy beach & fishing dock that extends into 70 acres of lush tropical gardens. Extensive leisure activities both adventurous and relaxing, for adults and children alike means Bahama Bay offers a unique holiday experience that will capture the hearts of all ages. Bahama Bay has multiple heated pools and whirlpools located throughout the resort including the resort pool with its authentic Bahamian bar. There is a fun waterpark-style splash pool for the littles ones, a dedicated playground, BBQ area,fishing dock, nature trails, tennis/basketball court, valleyball sand court.! Bahama Bay paradise

This unit was very clean and spacious. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of space. Everything we needed was supplied. Resort was very nice. Great walking trails and a nice beach area. Lots of pools and location is great. Would recommend to friends.

Quiet getaway close to Disney

Great property very clean. Gated community was nicely kept not overly crowded. Beach/pool was great. The beach made you feel like you were in a tropical paradise. Well kept. One downside if you like to workout, you do not have access to the fitness center since this unit is through a private owner, which I think is pretty ridiculous, you have access to everything else on property, why not the fitness center!? The master bedroom mattress was VERY uncomfortable. I would absolutely stay at this unit again…hopefully by then they have a new mattress for master. :-)

Toute était comme la description,endroit propre,resort plus que mes attentes,nous eut un problème avec le détecteur de fumée et la cafetière keurig et Grisel a tout de suite envoyé une personne pour remplacer pour une neuve.je recommande cette endroit.pres des parc d’attractions.

Best of Bahama Bay

We have stayed at Bahama Bay several times in the past but this was our first stay in this particular unit. Everything was perfect! The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. The check in process was quick and easy. The unit was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The resort has several pools, hot tubs, a restaurant, and beach area. The staff was welcoming and professional. Everything was clean and beautiful per usual. The Disney parks were about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. There are many restaurants and stores in close proximity. We would definitely stay here again. FYI- The best way to contact the property manager is via the email or phone number provided after you book the property. I initially contacted the property manager via Vrbo but didn’t receive a response. However, my questions were addressed immediately when I texted the number provided by the management company.

Great stay!

We rented the unit while in town for a college baseball week, and the condo was perfect for our needs, clean, easy to access, and with all the needed amenities (great kitchen and baths). Beds were comfortable. Zero complaints!

Very clean & newly remodeled unit!

Overall, this was the best unit we've stayed in at this resort. The rooms were very well decorated and clean. We never received any instructions for checking in somehow; however, the property manager texted us back within 5 minutes to assist getting us into our unit. We visited in Mid-February 2022 and the resort unfortunately did not have many of there normal services open like the pool side bar and restaurant. Would stay again!

Nice little getaway

Overall it was nice and I would stay again. Communication with the property manager before staying was not great and I had to call when email messages were not answered. But once checked in, communication was better. The unit was not too clean - hair all over floors and drawers and even in the freezer. Dirt or something in fridge and food crumbs under couch. The main issue was the dryer had a bearing going bad and it was squeaking soooo loud, you could hardly hear the TV. I called immediately and the property manager said they knew about it - but didn't fix it before we checked in?? That was awful when having to do laundry daily. Also it was extremely humid in the unit and didn't feel cool at all unless you just sat there. Expressed concern about that and they claimed nothing was wrong with it - it said it was in the upper 50's - that is way too high. The other odd thing - not one clock in the bedrooms. Just one clock in the kitchen on the wall. The pluses were it was quiet and fairly comfortable to get a good nights sleep. It had a nice view and it was nice to sit on the porch in the mornings. It was very well appointed with all you needed in the kitchen. We knew before booking, but just know - it's on the 3rd floor and no elevators - so if you are not good with 40+ stairs, this is not a good choice. Again - despite some of the issues we had, I would stay again.

Great!

We had a very nice time at Bahama Bay. The condo was very well stocked and comfortable. The property was clean with lots to do. There are lots of restaurants near by. We were not there for a Disney trip, however we commented multiple times how nice and convenient it would be to stay there for that purpose.
