Perfect Little Spot!

We loved Fernando's apartment in Salamanca! It is very well-appointed, fabulously located, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and whenever questions arose, Fernando was "Johnny on the spot" every time. He had lots of ideas about where to shop, what to, and helped us trouble-shoot everything from a late arrival to an early departure. A marvelous host! If we're ever back in Salamanca, this is where we will stay

Top Location, responsive, kind and friendly host

Easy walk from Salamanca Alamedilla train station. Instructions for arrival perfect, host Fernando is the nicest man and totally on top of any enquiry, problem, need for advice etc. Location Perfect: 50 m from the top Salamanca destination (food market :-) and the Plaza Major is nearly opposite too! But there is no noise in the appartment, great sleep quality, total blackout windows.

Quiet penthouse near Plaza Mayor

More than expected! Everything you needed just like home. 4th floor with elevator, sunny private terrace, quiet street with central location. Apartment felt open and spacious. Fernando was attentive to all our needs and communicated in a timely fashion.

Great flat in great location

Fernando was a great host and was very helpful even before we arrived in Salamanca. The flat was very clean and is in an amazing location. It was fully equipped (even had a small dishwasher & a washing machine) and had air con which was a blessing considering the temperatures at the moment. We loved the little terrace and we used it every day. The flat is close to a Gluten Free bakery which was a great find (my daughter is coeliac) and it wasn't far from a little supermarket either. Thank you so much for your welcome Fernando. We loved our stay.

Sensational Salamanca

I had an outstanding time at this property. It is in a quiet location but only two blocks off the Plaza Mayor with all of its restaurants and shops. Absolutely perfect location for walking around the old part of the city. The property manager was incredibly responsive checking in to be sure I had everything I needed. He gave me tons of restaurant suggestions and even a heads up about a national holiday. The temperature reached between 95° - 102° at the height of the day so the AC was a must!!! Highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Amazing Place to Stay

My husband and I spent three weeks living in this apartment, in Salamanca, and loved every minute of it. This apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything one needs. The location is fabulous. Literally 2 minutes to Plaza Mayor - and yet the location is very quiet! Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and grocery stores too, as we cooked a number of meals in the apartment. Best of all, our host, Fernando is so, so nice. We really didn't have any problems but he let us know that he was available. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the apartment, the location, and our wonderful host.

Outstanding location and attention from the host!

Anyone who would like to get to know Salamanca, you couldn't ask for a better place! The apartment is newly remodeled and comfortably appointed, and there isn't anything missing at all. A/C, elevator, comfortable seating and a terrace! But in Salamanca, you'll want to be in the streets and squares to learn the city. This apartment is PERFECTLY situated: less than 1 min to walk to the Plaza Mayor, and never more than 5-7 mins walking from the Cathedral, University, and the other sights and monuments of the city center. You're also 2 minutes from major shopping streets and grocery stores. Fernando was a warm, welcoming, and attentive host who made sure to meet me at the property upon arrival, provided a city map and guides/schedules to all the major tourist attractions, and was always available for questions. I'll definitely be booking on my next trip to Salamanca! 10/10!

Absolutely superb.

Located next to Plaza Mayor this is a great and well lite apartment with the most attentive landlord who was welcoming us in the apartment at our arrival and was available to help as needed. Of the seven apartments we rented on our two months trip in Spain this one was the best. We highly recommend it.
