Cumberland Lodge/ Privacy & Space/LARGE ECONOMY LODGE

This is a large, well-equipped Lodge with indoor/outdoor living, including highly functional alfresco dining set-up on the deck with BBQ and private bush outlook.

Great location close to town, parks, walkways.

There are 3 double beds, 9 single beds (3 with additional single trundlers) & beds can be configured to suit your booking. We have a portacot and extra fold away beds/mattresses if required.

Three showers, one bath, three toilets. Continuous hot water supply and gas heating in both lounges and fan heaters in each bedroom.

The kitchen is large, clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. There is plenty of storage, a large oven and microwave and two fridge/freezers. A high chair is available.

We supply sheets, pillow cases, duvets, tea towels, bath mats, but please bring your own towels.

There is UNLIMITED WIFI at a cost of $15 as well as games, books and puzzles for the kids.

Three minute walk to Merrilands Shopping Center, supermarket, cafe, takeaways, pub, petrol station, bank, and other amenities. Two minute walk to the start point of the beautiful Te Henui Walkway, which joins our fantastic Coastal Walkway.

USUAL MINIMUM RATE
6 people $300, $35 per extra adult per night, $25 per extra child

SPECIAL RATE
6 people $275 for bookings of SEVEN NIGHTS or more, $30 per extra person per night. (Note; seven day rate not applicable during school holidays)

We ask you to leave the Lodge as you found it and a cleaning charge of $125.00 applies.
Special conditions:
There is a two night minimum booking. Ask about our special rate for stays of seven days or more.

Pets allowed with prior approval. Note extra cleaning fee applies.

Smoking allowed outside only.

Any willful damage which occurs during the stay is the guests' responsibility and will incur replacement or repair costs.

Noise level restrictions apply after midnight.
