An absolute gem.

A spacious and attractive Gite. Of special note is the spectacular bathroom. Spotlessly clean and marvellously well equipped. Beautiful situation, very private and peaceful. This is an absolute gem!!

Summer holiday

The house is spacious and very well kept. Bathroom and kitchen are excellent. The property is ideally located when traveling with a dog. Just next to open fields and very close to a forest. Also, it is right in the middle of several interesting sites/towns/castles, but the village itself hardly visited by (foreign) tourists, even though it has the most striking silhouette of all the villages around. Also some good restaurants within a few kilometers in all directions. We loved it.

Mixed feelings

The village is delightful, although this property is on an estate not part of the historical centre. The rooms are very spacious, the living room was comfortable and the bathroom was good. We had everything we needed for our week’s stay. We very fortunate with sunny warm weather the whole week, so we were disappointed that the garden had not been tended - long grass, dead pots and weeds everywhere. Garden chairs just stashed away in a corner. There was an issue with the electric gates which are essential as it is the only way in or out of the property. In the end we were forced to leave them open which didn’t feel very safe.

Bonjour, Je suis surprise de votre commentaire, tout d'abord nous sommes au mois de Mars, nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie les jours avant votre arrivée, donc pour les herbes hautes, nous n'avons pas pu passer la tondeuse car trop humide. Pour les pots morts, effectivement nous ne plantons des fleurs qu'au beau jours, un peu trop tôt au mois de mars. Pareil pour les chaises de jardin, l'hiver nous les mettons à l'abri et les installons quand le jardin est praticable, mais vous pouviez les utiliser elles étaient à votre disposition (peut-être trop compliqué pour vous de les ouvrir). Pour le portail électrique il suffisait de m'en avertir et je serai venu vous donner une autre télécommande (piles trop faible), mais vous me l'avez signalé le dernier soir avant votre départ, et de toute façon même ouvert il n'y a pas plus de risque que quand vous alliez promener et que vous laissiez votre voiture sur un parking. Bref, si vous revenez en France, choisissez un logement 4* ou 5 * qui accepte votre chien, et qui vous coûte moins de 450€ la semaine. Et quand on dit qu'on fait le ménage pour économiser 45€, on nettoie au moins les WC ( la moindre des choses)

Belle location

La location est à la hauteur de son descriptif : intérieur spacieux, propre, où rien ne manque. On se sent tout de suite à l'aise dans cette maison. Son environnement très calme nous a permis d'apprécier pleinement ce beau village de Roussas. Merci à la propriétaire pour son excellent accueil.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren positiv überrascht von der Grösse der Wohnung und des Grundstücks. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet, das Badezimmer ist sehr gross und praktisch, ebenso das riesige Wohnzimmer mit den bequemen Möbeln. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, einzig ein scharfes Messer haben wir vermisst. Alles in allem eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir bisher hatten.

Schönes Ambiente in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Roussas und ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. 2 Personen haben hier mehr als genug Platz. Sehr angenehm ist die Fußbodenheizung im stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnzimmer und das große Badezimmer. Ich war im Winter beruflich für 2,5 Wochen dort und habe deshalb keinen großen Wert auf Swimmingpool oder ähnliches gelegt deshalb war es für mich wichtig dass ich mich drinnen wohl fühlte und das hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Für Touristen war umfangreiches Prospektmaterial vorbereitet sodass man sich sofort einen Überblick über potentielle Ausflugsziele machen konnte. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Schaden am Zugangstor wurde umgehend behoben. Zusammengefasst war es sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
