? **FURNITURE**: Moving furniture or equipment inside the house is not permitted.
? **POOL/SPA HEATER**: The pool heater operates via a heat exchange system and may not function properly in temperatures close to freezing. Pool heating is available for $39 per day, with a 3-day minimum. Please note that both the pool and the spa share the same heating system, as there is only one motor for both, meaning the water temperature will be the same in both areas. The maximum temperature is 96?F (approximately 36?C). Depending on external conditions, it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature, so we recommend requesting heating in advance. IMPORTANT! This amount is valid for contracting the service before the stay, if requested on the day or during the stay the amount charged will be $59 per day
