Villa was fantastic for our group 6 adults and 3 young children (2 years,7 months,and 5 months)The pool with direct ocean views made it feel like our own private resort.The home was spotless and beautifully maintained.The kitchen was well stocked and the host was very responsive and friendly.We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for both adults and kids.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

I wanted to share a fantastic experience my family and I recently had during our vacation in St Martin. If you are looking for a place to stay that offers breathtaking views, a spacious kitchen and living room, and even a private gym, then this is your home away from home. The hostess was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were truly impressed and would definitely stay there again.

Incredible Views, Incredible House!

I don't typically write reviews but this house, the furnishings, accommodations and our stay was exceptional. We were there for 8 days in January and did not want to leave. If we were to come back to St Maarten, I would not hesitate to rebook Amor de Mer!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay, house is in a very secure and private area and you really feel connected to the ocean. The villa was incredibly comfortable because everything you could ask for is available for use (for example many, many beach towels, and all the kitchen items you could think of). The communication and care from the managers was also very good and efficient.

Beautiful property, all one level with open space, fully equipped kitchen and good sized king bedrooms. Fantastic view of the water and off in the distance St Barth's. Responsive owners and house managers. Our family of five best rental ever!

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful time at Villa Amor de Mer and it surpassed our expectations. The view from the Villa is magnificent and mesmerizing, and we can’t wait to go back. The owner was really helpful, and reached out to us a month in advance to help us arrange/reserve dinners, activities, and car rental. Everything about the Villa is easy and comfortable, and it was the best vacation in years.

Beach house paradise!

OMG, we never wanted to leave! Such an amazing spot and the house is brand new, and very tastefully done. We ended up cooking in half our nights on the island because we just didn't want to leave the house. Owners and Blakely were great.

Celebration at Amor de Mer

Our family of 8 celebrated several milestones at Amor de Mer. The wonderful home and gorgeous scenery were idyllic. Driving in Sint Maarten can prove challenging, but we loved our perfect accommodations.

Just what we needed

The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. We went for the Soulbeach event but found ourselves enjoying the house and the many different activities St Maarten has to offer. The house was stocked with every household item and gear for outside activities. The property exceeded our expectations!

Very nice property with fabulous views of ocean. The villa was very clean and bright. Maid service was excellent. Close to wonderful restaurants. Communication with manager was very good. Pool was too cold for most to use.

Villa Amor de MerBeautiful view, beautiful home. Perfect for several couples or business. We rented 6 nights so did have housekeeping one day, which i usually decline, but was actually a very good occurrence. The house manager, Natesha, was super responsive to our many inquiries, which i very much appreciated. If on the Island again, would definitely stay here. Not a single negative; all positive!

We loved the property so much last year, we came back. The house is well stocked and well laid out. There is plenty of room for everyone. Management is great to deal with and Donna Marie in particular was super helpful. This is an amazing corner of the world!

Magnificent Villa

Breathtaking villa where the sea meets the sky. Absolutely stunning…The villa was safe, private, immaculate, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you need for a great vacation. The gym was fantastic and morning walks were a nice challenge given the hilly terrain and spectacular landscape. Beach access, bar and restaurant just a short walk. Lovely housekeeper and caretaker. Highly recommend this villa for couples and families.
