Why they chose this property
Neutral Bay is an exclusive, verdant lower north shore suburb with unsurpassed harbourside walks and a relaxed feel despite being so close to both the buzzing urban hubs of Sydney City and North Sydney. It's a 20 minute Uber from the airport, just over the harbour bridge.
What makes this property unique
The apartment, in harbourside Neutral Bay, is a quiet haven yet minutes away from everything Sydney has to offer at its best. You won't need a car - ferry, train and bus are easily accessible to take you to the heart of the city and out to close at hand beaches (Balmoral, Manly, Curl Curl etc). A 300m walk to the ferry wharf and two ferry stops takes you to Circular Quay (and its train station), past the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, a short walk to the Botanical Gardens, Museum of Contemporary Art, the historical Rocks area, restaurants and city shopping. Barangaroo and Darling Harbour are easily accessed via Wynyard station, featuring Sydney Aquarium, Madame Tussaud's and the Maritime Museum. The Harbour Bridge, Milson's Point train station and Luna Park are a ten minute walk from the apartment, Taronga Zoo is a short ferry ride from Circular Quay. Sydney is a foodie's paradise and there are great cafes and restaurants within an easy walk, or order in and take advantage of the outdoor dining table, a beautiful setting for a romantic dinner overlooking the harbour.
