Please note: If the key is lost or damaged, a fee of $80 will be charged to cover replacement.

We understand that pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome them with a few guidelines in place to help maintain the home to a high standard for all guests. Pets are allowed outdoors only. A $50 pet fee per pet applies, which helps cover the additional costs associated with deeper cleaning after pet stays, including extra cleaning and regular flea fumigation to keep the property fresh and comfortable.



Important conditions:



✔ Pets Indoors (Unauthorized):

If a pet is found inside the property without prior approval, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover pet hair, odours, and any extra cleaning required.



✔ Damage to Grass or Landscaping:

If a pet causes damage to the lawn or landscaping, a $100 fee will apply to cover repair or restoration costs.



✔ Damage to Property:

Any damage caused by pets, whether indoors or outdoors, will incur a $100 fee to cover repairs or replacements.

After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a check-in form that must be completed prior to your stay. This helps us prepare for your arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
